O Allah, make for me from everything that troubles and worries me, whether in this world or the Hereafter, a way out and relief, and provide for me from where I do not expect, forgive my sins, strengthen my hope, and cut it off from anyone but You, so that I do not hope for anyone but You.
My Lord, expand my chest for me, and ease my task for me, and untie the knot from my tongue that they may understand my speech. O Allah, there is no ease except what You make easy, and You make the difficult easy if You wish, O Most Merciful of the merciful.
O Allah, I ask You for mercy from You that guides my heart, gathers my matters, and mends my scattered affairs, reforms my absent state, elevates my witness, purifies my deeds, inspires me with guidance, restores my harmony, and protects me from all evil.
My Lord, have mercy on my weakness, relieve my distress, mend my brokenness, grant me safety from fear, and shower me with provision from You that has no limits, relief from You that never ends, and goodness from You that is beyond measure. O Allah, if my provision is in the sky, bring it down; if it is in the earth, bring it out; if it is far, bring it near; if it is near, make it easy; if it is little, increase it; and if it is much, bless it for me.
O Allah, place light in my heart, light in my tongue, light in my hearing, light in my sight, light above me, light beneath me, light on my right, light on my left, light in front of me, light behind me, light within my soul. Make my light great, increase my light, grant me light, make me a light, and bestow upon me light upon light.
O Allah, You who subjugates the strong for the weak, make Your righteous servants around me be at my service, ease my affairs, and grant me sustenance from where I do not expect.
