Conditions for Eid Prayer
- Wudu (Ablution) or Ghusl (Full Bath):
Before performing Eid prayer, a worshipper must be in a state of purity. If not in a state of major impurity (janabah), they should perform wudu; if in janabah, they should perform ghusl. - Cleanliness of Clothes and Body:
The worshipper’s clothes should be clean and pure, and the body must be free from any impurities. - Takbirs:
The Eid prayer Takbirs begin after sunrise, before the prayer, and consist of seven Takbirs in total. - Covering the ‘Awrah:
The worshipper must ensure that the ‘awrah is properly covered during the prayer, wearing modest and appropriate clothing.
By fulfilling these conditions, the Eid prayer is performed correctly and is accepted by Allah.
