Basmala
۞ وَمَنيَقْنُتْمِنكُنَّلِلَّهِوَرَسُولِهِۦوَتَعْمَلْصَـٰلِحًۭانُّؤْتِهَآأَجْرَهَامَرَّتَيْنِوَأَعْتَدْنَالَهَارِزْقًۭاكَرِيمًۭا
karīmanriz'qanlahāwa-aʿtadnāmarratayniajrahānu'tihāṣāliḥanwataʿmalwarasūlihilillahiminkunnayaqnutwaman
And whoeveris obedientamong youto Allahand His Messengerand doesrighteousnessWe will give herher rewardtwiceand We have preparedfor hera provisionnoble
33:31
يَـٰنِسَآءَٱلنَّبِىِّلَسْتُنَّكَأَحَدٍۢمِّنَٱلنِّسَآءِ ۚإِنِٱتَّقَيْتُنَّفَلَاتَخْضَعْنَبِٱلْقَوْلِفَيَطْمَعَٱلَّذِىفِىقَلْبِهِۦمَرَضٌۭوَقُلْنَقَوْلًۭامَّعْرُوفًۭا
maʿrūfanqawlanwaqul'namaraḍunqalbihifīalladhīfayaṭmaʿabil-qawlitakhḍaʿnafalāittaqaytunnainil-nisāiminaka-aḥadinlastunnal-nabiyiyānisāa
O wives(of) the ProphetYou are notlike anyoneamongthe womenIfyou fear (Allah)then (do) notbe softin speechlest should be moved with desirehe whoinhis heart(is) a diseasebut saya wordappropriate
33:32
وَقَرْنَفِىبُيُوتِكُنَّوَلَاتَبَرَّجْنَتَبَرُّجَٱلْجَـٰهِلِيَّةِٱلْأُولَىٰ ۖوَأَقِمْنَٱلصَّلَوٰةَوَءَاتِينَٱلزَّكَوٰةَوَأَطِعْنَٱللَّهَوَرَسُولَهُۥٓ ۚإِنَّمَايُرِيدُٱللَّهُلِيُذْهِبَعَنكُمُٱلرِّجْسَأَهْلَٱلْبَيْتِوَيُطَهِّرَكُمْتَطْهِيرًۭا
taṭhīranwayuṭahhirakuml-baytiahlal-rij'saʿankumuliyudh'hibal-lahuyurīduinnamāwarasūlahul-lahawa-aṭiʿ'nal-zakatawaātīnal-ṣalatawa-aqim'nal-ūlāl-jāhiliyatitabarrujatabarrajnawalābuyūtikunnafīwaqarna
And stayinyour housesand (do) notdisplay yourselves(as was the) display(of the times of) ignorancethe formerAnd establishthe prayerand givezakahand obeyAllahand His MessengerOnlyAllah wishesAllah wishesto removefrom youthe impurity(O) People(of) the HouseAnd to purify you(with thorough) purification
33:33
وَٱذْكُرْنَمَايُتْلَىٰفِىبُيُوتِكُنَّمِنْءَايَـٰتِٱللَّهِوَٱلْحِكْمَةِ ۚإِنَّٱللَّهَكَانَلَطِيفًاخَبِيرًا
khabīranlaṭīfankānal-lahainnawal-ḥik'matil-lahiāyātiminbuyūtikunnafīyut'lāmāwa-udh'kur'na
And rememberwhatis recitedinyour housesof(the) Verses(of) Allahand the wisdomIndeedAllahisAll-SubtleAll-Aware
33:34
إِنَّٱلْمُسْلِمِينَوَٱلْمُسْلِمَـٰتِوَٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَوَٱلْمُؤْمِنَـٰتِوَٱلْقَـٰنِتِينَوَٱلْقَـٰنِتَـٰتِوَٱلصَّـٰدِقِينَوَٱلصَّـٰدِقَـٰتِوَٱلصَّـٰبِرِينَوَٱلصَّـٰبِرَٰتِوَٱلْخَـٰشِعِينَوَٱلْخَـٰشِعَـٰتِوَٱلْمُتَصَدِّقِينَوَٱلْمُتَصَدِّقَـٰتِوَٱلصَّـٰٓئِمِينَوَٱلصَّـٰٓئِمَـٰتِوَٱلْحَـٰفِظِينَفُرُوجَهُمْوَٱلْحَـٰفِظَـٰتِوَٱلذَّٰكِرِينَٱللَّهَكَثِيرًۭاوَٱلذَّٰكِرَٰتِأَعَدَّٱللَّهُلَهُممَّغْفِرَةًۭوَأَجْرًاعَظِيمًۭا
ʿaẓīmanwa-ajranmaghfiratanlahuml-lahuaʿaddawal-dhākirātikathīranl-lahawal-dhākirīnawal-ḥāfiẓātifurūjahumwal-ḥāfiẓīnawal-ṣāimātiwal-ṣāimīnawal-mutaṣadiqātiwal-mutaṣadiqīnawal-khāshiʿātiwal-khāshiʿīnawal-ṣābirātiwal-ṣābirīnawal-ṣādiqātiwal-ṣādiqīnawal-qānitātiwal-qānitīnawal-mu'minātiwal-mu'minīnawal-mus'limātil-mus'limīnainna
Indeedthe Muslim menand the Muslim womenand the believing menand the believing womenand the obedient menand the obedient womenand the truthful menand the truthful womenand the patient menand the patient womenand the humble menand the humble womenand the men who give charityand the women who give charityand the men who fastand the women who fastand the men who guardtheir chastityand the women who guard (it)and the men who rememberAllahmuchand the women who rememberAllah has preparedAllah has preparedfor themforgivenessand a rewardgreat
33:35
وَمَاكَانَلِمُؤْمِنٍۢوَلَامُؤْمِنَةٍإِذَاقَضَىٱللَّهُوَرَسُولُهُۥٓأَمْرًاأَنيَكُونَلَهُمُٱلْخِيَرَةُمِنْأَمْرِهِمْ ۗوَمَنيَعْصِٱللَّهَوَرَسُولَهُۥفَقَدْضَلَّضَلَـٰلًۭامُّبِينًۭا
mubīnanḍalālanḍallafaqadwarasūlahul-lahayaʿṣiwamanamrihimminl-khiyaratulahumuyakūnaanamranwarasūluhul-lahuqaḍāidhāmu'minatinwalālimu'mininkānawamā
And not(it) isfor a believing manand not(for) a believing womanwhenAllah has decidedAllah has decidedand His Messengera matterthat(there) should befor them(any) choiceabouttheir affairAnd whoeverdisobeysAllahand His Messengercertainlyhe (has) strayed(into) errorclear
33:36
وَإِذْتَقُولُلِلَّذِىٓأَنْعَمَٱللَّهُعَلَيْهِوَأَنْعَمْتَعَلَيْهِأَمْسِكْعَلَيْكَزَوْجَكَوَٱتَّقِٱللَّهَوَتُخْفِىفِىنَفْسِكَمَاٱللَّهُمُبْدِيهِوَتَخْشَىٱلنَّاسَوَٱللَّهُأَحَقُّأَنتَخْشَىٰهُ ۖفَلَمَّاقَضَىٰزَيْدٌۭمِّنْهَاوَطَرًۭازَوَّجْنَـٰكَهَالِكَىْلَايَكُونَعَلَىٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَحَرَجٌۭفِىٓأَزْوَٰجِأَدْعِيَآئِهِمْإِذَاقَضَوْا۟مِنْهُنَّوَطَرًۭا ۚوَكَانَأَمْرُٱللَّهِمَفْعُولًۭا
mafʿūlanl-lahiamruwakānawaṭaranmin'hunnaqaḍawidhāadʿiyāihimazwājifīḥarajunl-mu'minīnaʿalāyakūnalālikayzawwajnākahāwaṭaranmin'hāzaydunqaḍāfalammātakhshāhuanaḥaqquwal-lahul-nāsawatakhshāmub'dīhil-lahumānafsikafīwatukh'fīl-lahawa-ittaqizawjakaʿalaykaamsikʿalayhiwa-anʿamtaʿalayhil-lahuanʿamalilladhītaqūluwa-idh
And whenyou saidto the oneAllah bestowed favorAllah bestowed favoron himand you bestowed favoron himKeepto yourselfyour wifeand fearAllahBut you concealedwithinyourselfwhatAllah(was to) discloseAnd you fearthe peoplewhile Allahhas more rightthatyou (should) fear HimSo whenendedZaidfrom hernecessary (formalities)We married her to youso thatnotthere beonthe believersany discomfortconcerningthe wives(of) their adopted sonswhenthey have endedfrom themnecessary (formalities)And is(the) Command(of) Allahaccomplished
33:37
مَّاكَانَعَلَىٱلنَّبِىِّمِنْحَرَجٍۢفِيمَافَرَضَٱللَّهُلَهُۥ ۖسُنَّةَٱللَّهِفِىٱلَّذِينَخَلَوْا۟مِنقَبْلُ ۚوَكَانَأَمْرُٱللَّهِقَدَرًۭامَّقْدُورًا
maqdūranqadaranl-lahiamruwakānaqabluminkhalawalladhīnafīl-lahisunnatalahul-lahufaraḍafīmāḥarajinminl-nabiyiʿalākānamā
Not(there can) beuponthe Prophetanydiscomfortin whatAllah has imposedAllah has imposedon him(That is the) Way(of) Allahconcerningthose whopassed awaybeforebeforeAnd is(the) Command(of) Allaha decreedestined
33:38
ٱلَّذِينَيُبَلِّغُونَرِسَـٰلَـٰتِٱللَّهِوَيَخْشَوْنَهُۥوَلَايَخْشَوْنَأَحَدًاإِلَّاٱللَّهَ ۗوَكَفَىٰبِٱللَّهِحَسِيبًۭا
ḥasībanbil-lahiwakafāl-lahaillāaḥadanyakhshawnawalāwayakhshawnahul-lahirisālātiyuballighūnaalladhīna
Those whoconvey(the) Messages(of) Allahand fear Himand (do) notfearanyoneexceptAllahAnd sufficient is AllahAnd sufficient is Allah(as) a Reckoner
33:39
مَّاكَانَمُحَمَّدٌأَبَآأَحَدٍۢمِّنرِّجَالِكُمْوَلَـٰكِنرَّسُولَٱللَّهِوَخَاتَمَٱلنَّبِيِّـۧنَ ۗوَكَانَٱللَّهُبِكُلِّشَىْءٍعَلِيمًۭا
ʿalīmanshayinbikullil-lahuwakānal-nabiyīnawakhātamal-lahirasūlawalākinrijālikumminaḥadinabāmuḥammadunkānamā
NotisMuhammad(the) father(of) anyoneofyour menbut(he is the) Messenger(of) Allahand Seal(of) the ProphetsAnd Allah isAnd Allah isof everythingAll-Knower
33:40
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَاٱلَّذِينَءَامَنُوا۟ٱذْكُرُوا۟ٱللَّهَذِكْرًۭاكَثِيرًۭا
kathīrandhik'ranl-lahaudh'kurūāmanūalladhīnayāayyuhā
O you who believeO you who believeO you who believeRememberAllah(with) remembrancemuch
33:41
وَسَبِّحُوهُبُكْرَةًۭوَأَصِيلًا
wa-aṣīlanbuk'ratanwasabbiḥūhu
And glorify Himmorningand evening
33:42
هُوَٱلَّذِىيُصَلِّىعَلَيْكُمْوَمَلَـٰٓئِكَتُهُۥلِيُخْرِجَكُممِّنَٱلظُّلُمَـٰتِإِلَىٱلنُّورِ ۚوَكَانَبِٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَرَحِيمًۭا
raḥīmanbil-mu'minīnawakānal-nūriilāl-ẓulumātiminaliyukh'rijakumwamalāikatuhuʿalaykumyuṣallīalladhīhuwa
He(is) the One Whosends His blessingsupon youand His Angelsso that He may bring you outfromthe darkness[es]tothe lightAnd He isto the believersMerciful
33:43
تَحِيَّتُهُمْيَوْمَيَلْقَوْنَهُۥسَلَـٰمٌۭ ۚوَأَعَدَّلَهُمْأَجْرًۭاكَرِيمًۭا
karīmanajranlahumwa-aʿaddasalāmunyalqawnahuyawmataḥiyyatuhum
Their greetings(on the) Daythey will meet Him(will be), "Peaceand He has preparedfor thema rewardnoble
33:44
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَاٱلنَّبِىُّإِنَّآأَرْسَلْنَـٰكَشَـٰهِدًۭاوَمُبَشِّرًۭاوَنَذِيرًۭا
wanadhīranwamubashiranshāhidanarsalnākainnāl-nabiyuyāayyuhā
O ProphetO ProphetIndeed, Wehave sent you(as) a witnessand a bearer of glad tidingsand (as) a warner
33:45
وَدَاعِيًاإِلَىٱللَّهِبِإِذْنِهِۦوَسِرَاجًۭامُّنِيرًۭا
munīranwasirājanbi-idh'nihil-lahiilāwadāʿiyan
And as one who invitestoAllahby His permissionand (as) a lampilluminating
33:46
وَبَشِّرِٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَبِأَنَّلَهُممِّنَٱللَّهِفَضْلًۭاكَبِيرًۭا
kabīranfaḍlanl-lahiminalahumbi-annal-mu'minīnawabashiri
And give glad tidings(to) the believersthatfor them(is) fromAllaha Bountygreat
33:47
وَلَاتُطِعِٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَوَٱلْمُنَـٰفِقِينَوَدَعْأَذَىٰهُمْوَتَوَكَّلْعَلَىٱللَّهِ ۚوَكَفَىٰبِٱللَّهِوَكِيلًۭا
wakīlanbil-lahiwakafāl-lahiʿalāwatawakkaladhāhumwadaʿwal-munāfiqīnal-kāfirīnatuṭiʿiwalā
And (do) notobeythe disbelieversand the hypocritesand disregardtheir harmand put your trustinAllahAnd sufficient is AllahAnd sufficient is Allah(as) a Trustee
33:48
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَاٱلَّذِينَءَامَنُوٓا۟إِذَانَكَحْتُمُٱلْمُؤْمِنَـٰتِثُمَّطَلَّقْتُمُوهُنَّمِنقَبْلِأَنتَمَسُّوهُنَّفَمَالَكُمْعَلَيْهِنَّمِنْعِدَّةٍۢتَعْتَدُّونَهَا ۖفَمَتِّعُوهُنَّوَسَرِّحُوهُنَّسَرَاحًۭاجَمِيلًۭا
jamīlansarāḥanwasarriḥūhunnafamattiʿūhunnataʿtaddūnahāʿiddatinminʿalayhinnalakumfamātamassūhunnaanqabliminṭallaqtumūhunnathummal-mu'minātinakaḥtumuidhāāmanūalladhīnayāayyuhā
O you who believeO you who believeO you who believeWhenyou marrybelieving womenand thendivorce thembeforebefore[that]you have touched themthen notfor youon themanywaiting period(to) count concerning themSo provide for themand release them(with) a releasegood
33:49
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَاٱلنَّبِىُّإِنَّآأَحْلَلْنَالَكَأَزْوَٰجَكَٱلَّـٰتِىٓءَاتَيْتَأُجُورَهُنَّوَمَامَلَكَتْيَمِينُكَمِمَّآأَفَآءَٱللَّهُعَلَيْكَوَبَنَاتِعَمِّكَوَبَنَاتِعَمَّـٰتِكَوَبَنَاتِخَالِكَوَبَنَاتِخَـٰلَـٰتِكَٱلَّـٰتِىهَاجَرْنَمَعَكَوَٱمْرَأَةًۭمُّؤْمِنَةًإِنوَهَبَتْنَفْسَهَالِلنَّبِىِّإِنْأَرَادَٱلنَّبِىُّأَنيَسْتَنكِحَهَاخَالِصَةًۭلَّكَمِندُونِٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ ۗقَدْعَلِمْنَامَافَرَضْنَاعَلَيْهِمْفِىٓأَزْوَٰجِهِمْوَمَامَلَكَتْأَيْمَـٰنُهُمْلِكَيْلَايَكُونَعَلَيْكَحَرَجٌۭ ۗوَكَانَٱللَّهُغَفُورًۭارَّحِيمًۭا
raḥīmanghafūranl-lahuwakānaḥarajunʿalaykayakūnalikaylāaymānuhummalakatwamāazwājihimfīʿalayhimfaraḍnāmāʿalim'nāqadl-mu'minīnadūniminlakakhāliṣatanyastankiḥahāanl-nabiyuarādainlilnnabiyyinafsahāwahabatinmu'minatanwa-im'ra-atanmaʿakahājarnaallātīkhālātikawabanātikhālikawabanātiʿammātikawabanātiʿammikawabanātiʿalaykal-lahuafāamimmāyamīnukamalakatwamāujūrahunnaātaytaallātīazwājakalakaaḥlalnāinnāl-nabiyuyāayyuhā
O ProphetO ProphetIndeed, We[We] have made lawfulto youyour wives(to) whomyou have giventheir bridal moneyand whomyou rightfully possessyou rightfully possessfrom those (whom)Allah has givenAllah has givento youand (the) daughters(of) your paternal unclesand (the) daughters(of) your paternal auntsand (the) daughters(of) your maternal unclesand (the) daughters(of) your maternal auntswhoemigratedwith youand a womanbelievingifshe givesherselfto the Prophetifwishesthe Prophettomarry her onlyfor youexcludingexcludingthe believersCertainlyWe knowwhatWe have made obligatoryupon themconcerningtheir wivesand whomthey rightfully possessthey rightfully possessthat notshould beon youany discomfortAnd Allah isAnd Allah isOft-ForgivingMost Merciful
33:50
۞ تُرْجِىمَنتَشَآءُمِنْهُنَّوَتُـْٔوِىٓإِلَيْكَمَنتَشَآءُ ۖوَمَنِٱبْتَغَيْتَمِمَّنْعَزَلْتَفَلَاجُنَاحَعَلَيْكَ ۚذَٰلِكَأَدْنَىٰٓأَنتَقَرَّأَعْيُنُهُنَّوَلَايَحْزَنَّوَيَرْضَيْنَبِمَآءَاتَيْتَهُنَّكُلُّهُنَّ ۚوَٱللَّهُيَعْلَمُمَافِىقُلُوبِكُمْ ۚوَكَانَٱللَّهُعَلِيمًاحَلِيمًۭا
ḥalīmanʿalīmanl-lahuwakānaqulūbikumfīmāyaʿlamuwal-lahukulluhunnaātaytahunnabimāwayarḍaynayaḥzannawalāaʿyunuhunnataqarraanadnādhālikaʿalaykajunāḥafalāʿazaltamimmanib'taghaytawamanitashāumanilaykawatu'wīmin'hunnatashāumantur'jī
You may deferwhomyou willof themor you may taketo yourselfwhomyou willAnd whoeveryou desireof those whomyou (had) set aside then (there is) noblameupon youThat(is) more suitablethatmay be cooledtheir eyesand notthey grieveand they may be pleasedwith whatyou have given them all of themAnd Allahknowswhat(is) inyour heartsAnd Allah isAnd Allah isAll-KnowerMost Forbearing
33:51
لَّايَحِلُّلَكَٱلنِّسَآءُمِنۢبَعْدُوَلَآأَنتَبَدَّلَبِهِنَّمِنْأَزْوَٰجٍۢوَلَوْأَعْجَبَكَحُسْنُهُنَّإِلَّامَامَلَكَتْيَمِينُكَ ۗوَكَانَٱللَّهُعَلَىٰكُلِّشَىْءٍۢرَّقِيبًۭا
raqībanshayinkulliʿalāl-lahuwakānayamīnukamalakatmāillāḥus'nuhunnaaʿjabakawalawazwājinminbihinnatabaddalaanwalābaʿduminl-nisāulakayaḥillulā
(It is) notlawfulfor you(to marry) womenafter (this)after (this)and nottoexchangethemfor(other) wiveseven ifpleases youtheir beautyexceptwhomyou rightfully possessyou rightfully possessAnd Allah isAnd Allah isoverallthingsan Observer
33:52
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَاٱلَّذِينَءَامَنُوا۟لَاتَدْخُلُوا۟بُيُوتَٱلنَّبِىِّإِلَّآأَنيُؤْذَنَلَكُمْإِلَىٰطَعَامٍغَيْرَنَـٰظِرِينَإِنَىٰهُوَلَـٰكِنْإِذَادُعِيتُمْفَٱدْخُلُوا۟فَإِذَاطَعِمْتُمْفَٱنتَشِرُوا۟وَلَامُسْتَـْٔنِسِينَلِحَدِيثٍ ۚإِنَّذَٰلِكُمْكَانَيُؤْذِىٱلنَّبِىَّفَيَسْتَحْىِۦمِنكُمْ ۖوَٱللَّهُلَايَسْتَحْىِۦمِنَٱلْحَقِّ ۚوَإِذَاسَأَلْتُمُوهُنَّمَتَـٰعًۭافَسْـَٔلُوهُنَّمِنوَرَآءِحِجَابٍۢ ۚذَٰلِكُمْأَطْهَرُلِقُلُوبِكُمْوَقُلُوبِهِنَّ ۚوَمَاكَانَلَكُمْأَنتُؤْذُوا۟رَسُولَٱللَّهِوَلَآأَنتَنكِحُوٓا۟أَزْوَٰجَهُۥمِنۢبَعْدِهِۦٓأَبَدًا ۚإِنَّذَٰلِكُمْكَانَعِندَٱللَّهِعَظِيمًا
ʿaẓīmanl-lahiʿindakānadhālikuminnaabadanbaʿdihiminazwājahutankiḥūanwalāl-lahirasūlatu'dhūanlakumkānawamāwaqulūbihinnaliqulūbikumaṭharudhālikumḥijābinwarāiminfasalūhunnamatāʿansa-altumūhunnawa-idhāl-ḥaqiminayastaḥyīlāwal-lahuminkumfayastaḥyīl-nabiyayu'dhīkānadhālikuminnaliḥadīthinmus'tanisīnawalāfa-intashirūṭaʿim'tumfa-idhāfa-ud'khulūduʿītumidhāwalākinināhunāẓirīnaghayraṭaʿāminilālakumyu'dhanaanillāl-nabiyibuyūtatadkhulūlāāmanūalladhīnayāayyuhā
O you who believeO you who believeO you who believe(Do) notenter(the) houses(of) the Prophetexceptwhenpermission is givento youfora mealwithoutawaitingits preparationButwhenyou are invitedthen enterand whenyou have eatenthen disperseand notseeking to remainfor a conversationIndeedthatwastroublingthe Prophetand he is shyof (dismissing) youBut Allahis not shyis not shyofthe truthAnd whenyou ask them(for) anythingthen ask themfrombehinda screenThat(is) purerfor your heartsand their heartsAnd notisfor youthatyou trouble(the) Messenger(of) Allahand notthatyou should marryhis wivesafter himafter himeverIndeedthatisnearAllahan enormity
33:53
إِنتُبْدُوا۟شَيْـًٔاأَوْتُخْفُوهُفَإِنَّٱللَّهَكَانَبِكُلِّشَىْءٍعَلِيمًۭا
ʿalīmanshayinbikullikānal-lahafa-innatukh'fūhuawshayantub'dūin
Whetheryou reveala thingorconceal itindeedAllahisof allthingsAll-Knower
33:54
لَّاجُنَاحَعَلَيْهِنَّفِىٓءَابَآئِهِنَّوَلَآأَبْنَآئِهِنَّوَلَآإِخْوَٰنِهِنَّوَلَآأَبْنَآءِإِخْوَٰنِهِنَّوَلَآأَبْنَآءِأَخَوَٰتِهِنَّوَلَانِسَآئِهِنَّوَلَامَامَلَكَتْأَيْمَـٰنُهُنَّ ۗوَٱتَّقِينَٱللَّهَ ۚإِنَّٱللَّهَكَانَعَلَىٰكُلِّشَىْءٍۢشَهِيدًا
shahīdanshayinkulliʿalākānal-lahainnal-lahawa-ittaqīnaaymānuhunnamalakatmāwalānisāihinnawalāakhawātihinnaabnāiwalāikh'wānihinnaabnāiwalāikh'wānihinnawalāabnāihinnawalāābāihinnafīʿalayhinnajunāḥalā
(There is) noblameupon themconcerningtheir fathersand nottheir sonsand nottheir brothersand notsons(of) their brothersand notsons(of) their sistersand nottheir womenand notwhatthey rightfully possessthey rightfully possessAnd fearAllahIndeedAllahisoverallthingsa Witness
33:55
إِنَّٱللَّهَوَمَلَـٰٓئِكَتَهُۥيُصَلُّونَعَلَىٱلنَّبِىِّ ۚيَـٰٓأَيُّهَاٱلَّذِينَءَامَنُوا۟صَلُّوا۟عَلَيْهِوَسَلِّمُوا۟تَسْلِيمًا
taslīmanwasallimūʿalayhiṣallūāmanūalladhīnayāayyuhāl-nabiyiʿalāyuṣallūnawamalāikatahul-lahainna
IndeedAllahand His Angelssend blessingsuponthe ProphetO you who believeO you who believeO you who believeSend blessingson himand greet him(with) greetings
33:56
إِنَّٱلَّذِينَيُؤْذُونَٱللَّهَوَرَسُولَهُۥلَعَنَهُمُٱللَّهُفِىٱلدُّنْيَاوَٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِوَأَعَدَّلَهُمْعَذَابًۭامُّهِينًۭا
muhīnanʿadhābanlahumwa-aʿaddawal-ākhiratil-dun'yāfīl-lahulaʿanahumuwarasūlahul-lahayu'dhūnaalladhīnainna
Indeedthose whoannoyAllahand His MessengerAllah has cursed themAllah has cursed theminthe worldand the Hereafterand preparedfor thema punishmenthumiliating
33:57
وَٱلَّذِينَيُؤْذُونَٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَوَٱلْمُؤْمِنَـٰتِبِغَيْرِمَاٱكْتَسَبُوا۟فَقَدِٱحْتَمَلُوا۟بُهْتَـٰنًۭاوَإِثْمًۭامُّبِينًۭا
mubīnanwa-ith'manbuh'tānaniḥ'tamalūfaqadiik'tasabūmābighayriwal-mu'minātil-mu'minīnayu'dhūnawa-alladhīna
And those whoharmthe believing menand the believing womenfor other thanwhatthey have earnedthen certainlythey bearfalse accusationand sinmanifest
33:58
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَاٱلنَّبِىُّقُللِّأَزْوَٰجِكَوَبَنَاتِكَوَنِسَآءِٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَيُدْنِينَعَلَيْهِنَّمِنجَلَـٰبِيبِهِنَّ ۚذَٰلِكَأَدْنَىٰٓأَنيُعْرَفْنَفَلَايُؤْذَيْنَ ۗوَكَانَٱللَّهُغَفُورًۭارَّحِيمًۭا
raḥīmanghafūranl-lahuwakānayu'dhaynafalāyuʿ'rafnaanadnādhālikajalābībihinnaminʿalayhinnayud'nīnal-mu'minīnawanisāiwabanātikali-azwājikaqull-nabiyuyāayyuhā
O ProphetO ProphetSayto your wivesand your daughtersand (the) women(of) the believersto drawover themselves[of]their outer garmentsThat(is) more suitablethatthey should be knownand notharmedAnd isAllahOft-ForgivingMost Merciful
33:59
۞ لَّئِنلَّمْيَنتَهِٱلْمُنَـٰفِقُونَوَٱلَّذِينَفِىقُلُوبِهِممَّرَضٌۭوَٱلْمُرْجِفُونَفِىٱلْمَدِينَةِلَنُغْرِيَنَّكَبِهِمْثُمَّلَايُجَاوِرُونَكَفِيهَآإِلَّاقَلِيلًۭا
qalīlanillāfīhāyujāwirūnakalāthummabihimlanugh'riyannakal-madīnatifīwal-mur'jifūnamaraḍunqulūbihimfīwa-alladhīnal-munāfiqūnayantahilamla-in
If(do) notceasethe hypocritesand those whointheir hearts(is) a diseaseand those who spread rumorsinthe cityWe will let you overpower themWe will let you overpower themthennotthey will remain your neighborsthereinexcept(for) a little
33:60
مَّلْعُونِينَ ۖأَيْنَمَاثُقِفُوٓا۟أُخِذُوا۟وَقُتِّلُوا۟تَقْتِيلًۭا
taqtīlanwaquttilūukhidhūthuqifūaynamāmalʿūnīna
Accursedwhereverthey are foundthey are seizedand massacred completelyand massacred completely
33:61
سُنَّةَٱللَّهِفِىٱلَّذِينَخَلَوْا۟مِنقَبْلُ ۖوَلَنتَجِدَلِسُنَّةِٱللَّهِتَبْدِيلًۭا
tabdīlanl-lahilisunnatitajidawalanqabluminkhalawalladhīnafīl-lahisunnata
(Such is the) Way(of) Allahwiththose whopassed awaybeforebeforeand neveryou will findin (the) Way(of) Allahany change
33:62
يَسْـَٔلُكَٱلنَّاسُعَنِٱلسَّاعَةِ ۖقُلْإِنَّمَاعِلْمُهَاعِندَٱللَّهِ ۚوَمَايُدْرِيكَلَعَلَّٱلسَّاعَةَتَكُونُقَرِيبًا
qarībantakūnul-sāʿatalaʿallayud'rīkawamāl-lahiʿindaʿil'muhāinnamāqull-sāʿatiʿanil-nāsuyasaluka
Ask youthe peopleaboutthe HourSayOnlyits knowledge(is) withAllahAnd whatwill make you knowPerhapsthe Hourisnear
33:63
إِنَّٱللَّهَلَعَنَٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَوَأَعَدَّلَهُمْسَعِيرًا
saʿīranlahumwa-aʿaddal-kāfirīnalaʿanal-lahainna
IndeedAllahhas cursedthe disbelieversand has preparedfor thema Blaze
33:64
خَـٰلِدِينَفِيهَآأَبَدًۭا ۖلَّايَجِدُونَوَلِيًّۭاوَلَانَصِيرًۭا
naṣīranwalāwaliyyanyajidūnalāabadanfīhākhālidīna
Abidingthereinforevernotthey will findany protectorand notany helper
33:65
يَوْمَتُقَلَّبُوُجُوهُهُمْفِىٱلنَّارِيَقُولُونَيَـٰلَيْتَنَآأَطَعْنَاٱللَّهَوَأَطَعْنَاٱلرَّسُولَا۠
l-rasūlāwa-aṭaʿnāl-lahaaṭaʿnāyālaytanāyaqūlūnal-nārifīwujūhuhumtuqallabuyawma
(The) Daywill be turned abouttheir facesinthe Firethey will sayO we wishwe (had) obeyedAllahand obeyedthe Messenger
33:66
وَقَالُوا۟رَبَّنَآإِنَّآأَطَعْنَاسَادَتَنَاوَكُبَرَآءَنَافَأَضَلُّونَاٱلسَّبِيلَا۠
l-sabīlāfa-aḍallūnāwakubarāanāsādatanāaṭaʿnāinnārabbanāwaqālū
And they will sayOur LordIndeed, we[we] obeyedour chiefsand our great menand they misled us(from) the Way
33:67
رَبَّنَآءَاتِهِمْضِعْفَيْنِمِنَٱلْعَذَابِوَٱلْعَنْهُمْلَعْنًۭاكَبِيرًۭا
kabīranlaʿnanwal-ʿanhuml-ʿadhābiminaḍiʿ'fayniātihimrabbanā
Our LordGive themdouble[of]punishmentand curse them(with) a cursegreat
33:68
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَاٱلَّذِينَءَامَنُوا۟لَاتَكُونُوا۟كَٱلَّذِينَءَاذَوْا۟مُوسَىٰفَبَرَّأَهُٱللَّهُمِمَّاقَالُوا۟ ۚوَكَانَعِندَٱللَّهِوَجِيهًۭا
wajīhanl-lahiʿindawakānaqālūmimmāl-lahufabarra-ahumūsāādhawka-alladhīnatakūnūlāāmanūalladhīnayāayyuhā
O you who believeO you who believeO you who believe(Do) notbelike those whoabusedMusathen Allah cleared himthen Allah cleared himof whatthey saidAnd he wasnearAllahhonorable
33:69
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَاٱلَّذِينَءَامَنُوا۟ٱتَّقُوا۟ٱللَّهَوَقُولُوا۟قَوْلًۭاسَدِيدًۭا
sadīdanqawlanwaqūlūl-lahaittaqūāmanūalladhīnayāayyuhā
O you who believeO you who believeO you who believeFearAllahand speaka wordright
33:70
يُصْلِحْلَكُمْأَعْمَـٰلَكُمْوَيَغْفِرْلَكُمْذُنُوبَكُمْ ۗوَمَنيُطِعِٱللَّهَوَرَسُولَهُۥفَقَدْفَازَفَوْزًاعَظِيمًا
ʿaẓīmanfawzanfāzafaqadwarasūlahul-lahayuṭiʿiwamandhunūbakumlakumwayaghfiraʿmālakumlakumyuṣ'liḥ
He will amendfor youyour deedsand forgivefor youyour sinsAnd whoeverobeysAllahand His Messengercertainlyhas attainedan attainmentgreat
33:71
إِنَّاعَرَضْنَاٱلْأَمَانَةَعَلَىٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِوَٱلْأَرْضِوَٱلْجِبَالِفَأَبَيْنَأَنيَحْمِلْنَهَاوَأَشْفَقْنَمِنْهَاوَحَمَلَهَاٱلْإِنسَـٰنُ ۖإِنَّهُۥكَانَظَلُومًۭاجَهُولًۭا
jahūlanẓalūmankānainnahul-insānuwaḥamalahāmin'hāwa-ashfaqnayaḥmil'nahāanfa-abaynawal-jibāliwal-arḍil-samāwātiʿalāl-amānataʿaraḍnāinnā
Indeed, We[We] offeredthe Trusttothe heavensand the earthand the mountainsbut they refusedtobear itand they fearedfrom itbut bore itthe manIndeed, hewasunjustignorant
33:72
لِّيُعَذِّبَٱللَّهُٱلْمُنَـٰفِقِينَوَٱلْمُنَـٰفِقَـٰتِوَٱلْمُشْرِكِينَوَٱلْمُشْرِكَـٰتِوَيَتُوبَٱللَّهُعَلَىٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَوَٱلْمُؤْمِنَـٰتِ ۗوَكَانَٱللَّهُغَفُورًۭارَّحِيمًۢا
raḥīmanghafūranl-lahuwakānawal-mu'minātil-mu'minīnaʿalāl-lahuwayatūbawal-mush'rikātiwal-mush'rikīnawal-munāfiqātil-munāfiqīnal-lahuliyuʿadhiba
So that Allah may punishSo that Allah may punishthe hypocrite menand the hypocrite womenand the polytheist menand the polytheist womenand Allah will turn (in Mercy)and Allah will turn (in Mercy)tothe believing menand the believing womenAnd Allah isAnd Allah isOft-ForgivingMost Merciful
33:73
Basmala
ٱلْحَمْدُلِلَّهِٱلَّذِىلَهُۥمَافِىٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِوَمَافِىٱلْأَرْضِوَلَهُٱلْحَمْدُفِىٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ ۚوَهُوَٱلْحَكِيمُٱلْخَبِيرُ
l-khabīrul-ḥakīmuwahuwal-ākhiratifīl-ḥamduwalahul-arḍifīwamāl-samāwātifīmālahualladhīlillahial-ḥamdu
All praises(be) to Allahthe One to Whom belongsthe One to Whom belongswhatever(is) inthe heavensand whatever(is) inthe earthand for Him(are) all praisesinthe HereafterAnd He(is) the All-Wisethe All-Aware
34:1
يَعْلَمُمَايَلِجُفِىٱلْأَرْضِوَمَايَخْرُجُمِنْهَاوَمَايَنزِلُمِنَٱلسَّمَآءِوَمَايَعْرُجُفِيهَا ۚوَهُوَٱلرَّحِيمُٱلْغَفُورُ
l-ghafūrul-raḥīmuwahuwafīhāyaʿrujuwamāl-samāiminayanziluwamāmin'hāyakhrujuwamāl-arḍifīyalijumāyaʿlamu
He knowswhatpenetratesinthe earthand whatcomes outfrom itand whatdescendsfromthe heavenand whatascendsthereinAnd He(is) the Most Mercifulthe Oft-Forgiving
34:2
وَقَالَٱلَّذِينَكَفَرُوا۟لَاتَأْتِينَاٱلسَّاعَةُ ۖقُلْبَلَىٰوَرَبِّىلَتَأْتِيَنَّكُمْعَـٰلِمِٱلْغَيْبِ ۖلَايَعْزُبُعَنْهُمِثْقَالُذَرَّةٍۢفِىٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِوَلَافِىٱلْأَرْضِوَلَآأَصْغَرُمِنذَٰلِكَوَلَآأَكْبَرُإِلَّافِىكِتَـٰبٍۢمُّبِينٍۢ
mubīninkitābinfīillāakbaruwalādhālikaminaṣgharuwalāl-arḍifīwalāl-samāwātifīdharratinmith'qāluʿanhuyaʿzubulāl-ghaybiʿālimilatatiyannakumwarabbībalāqull-sāʿatutatīnālākafarūalladhīnawaqāla
But saythose whodisbelieveNotwill come to usthe HourSayNayby my Lordsurely it will come to you(He is the) Knower(of) the unseenNotescapesfrom Him(the) weight(of) an atominthe heavensand notinthe earthand notsmallerthanthatand notgreaterbut(is) ina RecordClear
34:3
لِّيَجْزِىَٱلَّذِينَءَامَنُوا۟وَعَمِلُوا۟ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِ ۚأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَلَهُممَّغْفِرَةٌۭوَرِزْقٌۭكَرِيمٌۭ
karīmunwariz'qunmaghfiratunlahumulāikal-ṣāliḥātiwaʿamilūāmanūalladhīnaliyajziya
That He may rewardthose whobelieveand dorighteous deedsThose for them(will be) forgivenessand a provisionnoble
34:4
وَٱلَّذِينَسَعَوْفِىٓءَايَـٰتِنَامُعَـٰجِزِينَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَلَهُمْعَذَابٌۭمِّنرِّجْزٍأَلِيمٌۭ
alīmunrij'zinminʿadhābunlahumulāikamuʿājizīnaāyātināfīsaʿawwa-alladhīna
But those whostriveagainstOur Verses(to) cause failure those for them(is) a punishmentoffoul naturepainful
34:5
وَيَرَىٱلَّذِينَأُوتُوا۟ٱلْعِلْمَٱلَّذِىٓأُنزِلَإِلَيْكَمِنرَّبِّكَهُوَٱلْحَقَّوَيَهْدِىٓإِلَىٰصِرَٰطِٱلْعَزِيزِٱلْحَمِيدِ
l-ḥamīdil-ʿazīziṣirāṭiilāwayahdīl-ḥaqahuwarabbikaminilaykaunzilaalladhīl-ʿil'maūtūalladhīnawayarā
And seethose whohave been giventhe knowledge(that) whatis revealedto youfromyour Lord[it](is) the Truthand it guidesto(the) Path(of) the All-Mightythe Praiseworthy
34:6
وَقَالَٱلَّذِينَكَفَرُوا۟هَلْنَدُلُّكُمْعَلَىٰرَجُلٍۢيُنَبِّئُكُمْإِذَامُزِّقْتُمْكُلَّمُمَزَّقٍإِنَّكُمْلَفِىخَلْقٍۢجَدِيدٍ
jadīdinkhalqinlafīinnakummumazzaqinkullamuzziq'tumidhāyunabbi-ukumrajulinʿalānadullukumhalkafarūalladhīnawaqāla
But saythose whodisbelieveShallwe direct youtoa manwho informs youwhenyou have disintegrated(in) totaldisintegrationindeed yousurely (will be) ina creationnew
34:7
أَفْتَرَىٰعَلَىٱللَّهِكَذِبًاأَمبِهِۦجِنَّةٌۢ ۗبَلِٱلَّذِينَلَايُؤْمِنُونَبِٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِفِىٱلْعَذَابِوَٱلضَّلَـٰلِٱلْبَعِيدِ
l-baʿīdiwal-ḍalālil-ʿadhābifībil-ākhiratiyu'minūnalāalladhīnabalijinnatunbihiamkadhibanl-lahiʿalāaftarā
Has he inventedaboutAllaha lieorin him(is) madnessNaythose who(do) notbelievein the Hereafter(will be) inthe punishmentand errorfar
34:8
أَفَلَمْيَرَوْا۟إِلَىٰمَابَيْنَأَيْدِيهِمْوَمَاخَلْفَهُممِّنَٱلسَّمَآءِوَٱلْأَرْضِ ۚإِننَّشَأْنَخْسِفْبِهِمُٱلْأَرْضَأَوْنُسْقِطْعَلَيْهِمْكِسَفًۭامِّنَٱلسَّمَآءِ ۚإِنَّفِىذَٰلِكَلَـَٔايَةًۭلِّكُلِّعَبْدٍۢمُّنِيبٍۢ
munībinʿabdinlikullilaāyatandhālikafīinnal-samāiminakisafanʿalayhimnus'qiṭawl-arḍabihimunakhsifnashainwal-arḍil-samāiminakhalfahumwamāaydīhimbaynamāilāyarawafalam
Then, do notthey seetowardswhat(is) before them(is) before themand what(is) behind themofthe heavenand the earthIfWe willWe (could) cause to swallow themWe (could) cause to swallow themthe earthorcause to fallupon themfragmentsfromthe skyIndeedinthatsurely, is a Signfor everyslavewho turns (to Allah)
34:9
۞ وَلَقَدْءَاتَيْنَادَاوُۥدَمِنَّافَضْلًۭا ۖيَـٰجِبَالُأَوِّبِىمَعَهُۥوَٱلطَّيْرَ ۖوَأَلَنَّالَهُٱلْحَدِيدَ
l-ḥadīdalahuwa-alannāwal-ṭayramaʿahuawwibīyājibālufaḍlanminnādāwūdaātaynāwalaqad
And certainlyWe gaveDawoodfrom UsBountyO mountainsRepeat praiseswith himand the birdsAnd We made pliablefor him[the] iron
34:10
أَنِٱعْمَلْسَـٰبِغَـٰتٍۢوَقَدِّرْفِىٱلسَّرْدِ ۖوَٱعْمَلُوا۟صَـٰلِحًا ۖإِنِّىبِمَاتَعْمَلُونَبَصِيرٌۭ
baṣīruntaʿmalūnabimāinnīṣāliḥanwa-iʿ'malūl-sardifīwaqaddirsābighātiniʿ'malani
Thatmakefull coats of mailand measure precisely[of]the links (of armor)and workrighteousnessIndeed, I Amof whatyou doAll-Seer
34:11
وَلِسُلَيْمَـٰنَٱلرِّيحَغُدُوُّهَاشَهْرٌۭوَرَوَاحُهَاشَهْرٌۭ ۖوَأَسَلْنَالَهُۥعَيْنَٱلْقِطْرِ ۖوَمِنَٱلْجِنِّمَنيَعْمَلُبَيْنَيَدَيْهِبِإِذْنِرَبِّهِۦ ۖوَمَنيَزِغْمِنْهُمْعَنْأَمْرِنَانُذِقْهُمِنْعَذَابِٱلسَّعِيرِ
l-saʿīriʿadhābiminnudhiq'huamrināʿanmin'humyazighwamanrabbihibi-idh'niyadayhibaynayaʿmalumanl-jiniwaminal-qiṭ'riʿaynalahuwa-asalnāshahrunwarawāḥuhāshahrunghuduwwuhāl-rīḥawalisulaymāna
And to Sulaimanthe wind its morning course(was) a monthand its afternoon course(was) a monthand We caused to flowfor hima spring(of) molten copperAnd [of]the jinnwhoworkedbefore himbefore himby the permission(of) his LordAnd whoeverdeviatedamong themfromOur CommandWe will make him tasteof(the) punishment(of) the Blaze
34:12
يَعْمَلُونَلَهُۥمَايَشَآءُمِنمَّحَـٰرِيبَوَتَمَـٰثِيلَوَجِفَانٍۢكَٱلْجَوَابِوَقُدُورٍۢرَّاسِيَـٰتٍ ۚٱعْمَلُوٓا۟ءَالَدَاوُۥدَشُكْرًۭا ۚوَقَلِيلٌۭمِّنْعِبَادِىَٱلشَّكُورُ
l-shakūruʿibādiyaminwaqalīlunshuk'randāwūdaālaiʿ'malūrāsiyātinwaqudūrinkal-jawābiwajifāninwatamāthīlamaḥārībaminyashāumālahuyaʿmalūna
They workedfor himwhathe willedofelevated chambersand statuesand bowlslike reservoirsand cooking-potsfixedWorkO family(of) Dawood(in) gratitudeBut fewofMy slaves(are) grateful
34:13
فَلَمَّاقَضَيْنَاعَلَيْهِٱلْمَوْتَمَادَلَّهُمْعَلَىٰمَوْتِهِۦٓإِلَّادَآبَّةُٱلْأَرْضِتَأْكُلُمِنسَأَتَهُۥ ۖفَلَمَّاخَرَّتَبَيَّنَتِٱلْجِنُّأَنلَّوْكَانُوا۟يَعْلَمُونَٱلْغَيْبَمَالَبِثُوا۟فِىٱلْعَذَابِٱلْمُهِينِ
l-muhīnil-ʿadhābifīlabithūmāl-ghaybayaʿlamūnakānūlawanl-jinutabayyanatikharrafalammāminsa-atahutakulul-arḍidābbatuillāmawtihiʿalādallahummāl-mawtaʿalayhiqaḍaynāfalammā
Then whenWe decreedfor himthe deathnotindicated to them[on]his deathexcepta creature(of) the eartheatinghis staffBut whenhe fell downbecame clear(to) the jinnthatifthey hadknownthe unseennotthey (would have) remainedinthe punishmenthumiliating
34:14
لَقَدْكَانَلِسَبَإٍۢفِىمَسْكَنِهِمْءَايَةٌۭ ۖجَنَّتَانِعَنيَمِينٍۢوَشِمَالٍۢ ۖكُلُوا۟مِنرِّزْقِرَبِّكُمْوَٱشْكُرُوا۟لَهُۥ ۚبَلْدَةٌۭطَيِّبَةٌۭوَرَبٌّغَفُورٌۭ
ghafūrunwarabbunṭayyibatunbaldatunlahuwa-ush'kurūrabbikumriz'qiminkulūwashimālinyamīninʿanjannatāniāyatunmaskanihimfīlisaba-inkānalaqad
Certainly(there) wasfor Sabaintheir dwelling placea sign:Two gardenson(the) rightand (on the) leftEatfrom(the) provision(of) your Lordand be gratefulto HimA landgoodand a LordOft-Forgiving
34:15
فَأَعْرَضُوا۟فَأَرْسَلْنَاعَلَيْهِمْسَيْلَٱلْعَرِمِوَبَدَّلْنَـٰهُمبِجَنَّتَيْهِمْجَنَّتَيْنِذَوَاتَىْأُكُلٍخَمْطٍۢوَأَثْلٍۢوَشَىْءٍۢمِّنسِدْرٍۢقَلِيلٍۢ
qalīlinsid'rinminwashayinwa-athlinkhamṭinukulindhawātayjannataynibijannatayhimwabaddalnāhuml-ʿarimisaylaʿalayhimfa-arsalnāfa-aʿraḍū
But they turned awayso We sentupon them(the) flood(of) the damand We changed for themtheir two gardens(with) two gardensproducing fruitproducing fruitbitterand tamarisksand (some)thingoflote treesfew
34:16
ذَٰلِكَجَزَيْنَـٰهُمبِمَاكَفَرُوا۟ ۖوَهَلْنُجَـٰزِىٓإِلَّاٱلْكَفُورَ
l-kafūraillānujāzīwahalkafarūbimājazaynāhumdhālika
ThatWe recompensed thembecausethey disbelievedAnd notWe recompenseexceptthe ungrateful
34:17
وَجَعَلْنَابَيْنَهُمْوَبَيْنَٱلْقُرَىٱلَّتِىبَـٰرَكْنَافِيهَاقُرًۭىظَـٰهِرَةًۭوَقَدَّرْنَافِيهَاٱلسَّيْرَ ۖسِيرُوا۟فِيهَالَيَالِىَوَأَيَّامًاءَامِنِينَ
āminīnawa-ayyāmanlayāliyafīhāsīrūl-sayrafīhāwaqaddarnāẓāhiratanquranfīhābāraknāallatīl-qurāwabaynabaynahumwajaʿalnā
And We madebetween themand betweenthe townswhichWe had blessedin ittownsvisibleAnd We determinedbetween themthe journeyTravelbetween them(by) nightand (by) daysafely
34:18
فَقَالُوا۟رَبَّنَابَـٰعِدْبَيْنَأَسْفَارِنَاوَظَلَمُوٓا۟أَنفُسَهُمْفَجَعَلْنَـٰهُمْأَحَادِيثَوَمَزَّقْنَـٰهُمْكُلَّمُمَزَّقٍ ۚإِنَّفِىذَٰلِكَلَـَٔايَـٰتٍۢلِّكُلِّصَبَّارٍۢشَكُورٍۢ
shakūrinṣabbārinlikullilaāyātindhālikafīinnamumazzaqinkullawamazzaqnāhumaḥādīthafajaʿalnāhumanfusahumwaẓalamūasfārinābaynabāʿidrabbanāfaqālū
But they saidOur Lordlengthen (the distance)betweenour journeysAnd they wrongedthemselvesso We made themnarrationsand We dispersed them(in) a totaldispersionIndeedinthatsurely (are) Signsfor everyonepatient(and) grateful
34:19
وَلَقَدْصَدَّقَعَلَيْهِمْإِبْلِيسُظَنَّهُۥفَٱتَّبَعُوهُإِلَّافَرِيقًۭامِّنَٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
l-mu'minīnaminafarīqanillāfa-ittabaʿūhuẓannahuib'līsuʿalayhimṣaddaqawalaqad
And certainlyfound trueabout themIblishis assumptionso they followed himexcepta groupofthe believers
34:20
وَمَاكَانَلَهُۥعَلَيْهِممِّنسُلْطَـٰنٍإِلَّالِنَعْلَمَمَنيُؤْمِنُبِٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِمِمَّنْهُوَمِنْهَافِىشَكٍّۢ ۗوَرَبُّكَعَلَىٰكُلِّشَىْءٍحَفِيظٌۭ
ḥafīẓunshayinkulliʿalāwarabbukashakkinfīmin'hāhuwamimmanbil-ākhiratiyu'minumanlinaʿlamaillāsul'ṭāninminʿalayhimlahukānawamā
And notwasfor himover themanyauthorityexceptthat We (might) make evidentwhobelievesin the Hereafterfrom (one) who[he]about it(is) indoubtAnd your Lordoverallthings(is) a Guardian
34:21
قُلِٱدْعُوا۟ٱلَّذِينَزَعَمْتُممِّندُونِٱللَّهِ ۖلَايَمْلِكُونَمِثْقَالَذَرَّةٍۢفِىٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِوَلَافِىٱلْأَرْضِوَمَالَهُمْفِيهِمَامِنشِرْكٍۢوَمَالَهُۥمِنْهُممِّنظَهِيرٍۢ
ẓahīrinminmin'humlahuwamāshir'kinminfīhimālahumwamāl-arḍifīwalāl-samāwātifīdharratinmith'qālayamlikūnalāl-lahidūniminzaʿamtumalladhīnaid'ʿūquli
SayCall uponthose whomyou claimbesidesbesidesAllahNotthey possess(the) weight(of) an atominthe heavensand notinthe earthand notfor themin both of themanypartnershipand notfor Himfrom themanysupporter
34:22
وَلَاتَنفَعُٱلشَّفَـٰعَةُعِندَهُۥٓإِلَّالِمَنْأَذِنَلَهُۥ ۚحَتَّىٰٓإِذَافُزِّعَعَنقُلُوبِهِمْقَالُوا۟مَاذَاقَالَرَبُّكُمْ ۖقَالُوا۟ٱلْحَقَّ ۖوَهُوَٱلْعَلِىُّٱلْكَبِيرُ
l-kabīrul-ʿaliyuwahuwal-ḥaqaqālūrabbukumqālamādhāqālūqulūbihimʿanfuzziʿaidhāḥattālahuadhinalimanillāʿindahul-shafāʿatutanfaʿuwalā
And notbenefitsthe intercessionwith Himexceptfor (one) whomHe permitsfor himUntilwhenfear is removedontheir heartsthey will sayWhat is that your Lord has saidyour Lord has saidThey will sayThe truthAnd He(is) the Most Highthe Most Great
34:23
۞ قُلْمَنيَرْزُقُكُممِّنَٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِوَٱلْأَرْضِ ۖقُلِٱللَّهُ ۖوَإِنَّآأَوْإِيَّاكُمْلَعَلَىٰهُدًىأَوْفِىضَلَـٰلٍۢمُّبِينٍۢ
mubīninḍalālinfīawhudanlaʿalāiyyākumawwa-innāl-lahuquliwal-arḍil-samāwātiminayarzuqukummanqul
SayWhoprovides (for) youfromthe heavensand the earthSayAllahAnd indeed, weoryou(are) surely uponguidanceorinerrorclear
34:24
قُللَّاتُسْـَٔلُونَعَمَّآأَجْرَمْنَاوَلَانُسْـَٔلُعَمَّاتَعْمَلُونَ
taʿmalūnaʿammānus'aluwalāajramnāʿammātus'alūnalāqul
SayNotyou will be askedabout whatsins we committedand notwe will be askedabout whatyou do
34:25
قُلْيَجْمَعُبَيْنَنَارَبُّنَاثُمَّيَفْتَحُبَيْنَنَابِٱلْحَقِّوَهُوَٱلْفَتَّاحُٱلْعَلِيمُ
l-ʿalīmul-fatāḥuwahuwabil-ḥaqibaynanāyaftaḥuthummarabbunābaynanāyajmaʿuqul
SayWill gatherus togetherour LordthenHe will judgebetween usin truthAnd He(is) the Judgethe All-Knowing
34:26
قُلْأَرُونِىَٱلَّذِينَأَلْحَقْتُمبِهِۦشُرَكَآءَ ۖكَلَّا ۚبَلْهُوَٱللَّهُٱلْعَزِيزُٱلْحَكِيمُ
l-ḥakīmul-ʿazīzul-lahuhuwabalkallāshurakāabihialḥaqtumalladhīnaarūniyaqul
SayShow methose whomyou have joinedwith Him(as) partnersBy no meansNayHe(is) Allahthe All-Mightythe All-Wise
34:27
وَمَآأَرْسَلْنَـٰكَإِلَّاكَآفَّةًۭلِّلنَّاسِبَشِيرًۭاوَنَذِيرًۭاوَلَـٰكِنَّأَكْثَرَٱلنَّاسِلَايَعْلَمُونَ
yaʿlamūnalāl-nāsiaktharawalākinnawanadhīranbashīranlilnnāsikāffatanillāarsalnākawamā
And notWe have sent youexceptcomprehensivelyto mankind(as) a giver of glad tidingsand (as) a warnerButmost[the] people(do) notknow
34:28
وَيَقُولُونَمَتَىٰهَـٰذَاٱلْوَعْدُإِنكُنتُمْصَـٰدِقِينَ
ṣādiqīnakuntuminl-waʿduhādhāmatāwayaqūlūna
And they sayWhen(is) thispromiseifyou aretruthful
34:29
قُللَّكُممِّيعَادُيَوْمٍۢلَّاتَسْتَـْٔخِرُونَعَنْهُسَاعَةًۭوَلَاتَسْتَقْدِمُونَ
tastaqdimūnawalāsāʿatanʿanhutastakhirūnalāyawminmīʿādulakumqul
SayFor you(is the) appointment(of) a Daynotyou can postpone[of] it(for) an hourand not(can) you precede (it)
34:30
وَقَالَٱلَّذِينَكَفَرُوا۟لَننُّؤْمِنَبِهَـٰذَاٱلْقُرْءَانِوَلَابِٱلَّذِىبَيْنَيَدَيْهِ ۗوَلَوْتَرَىٰٓإِذِٱلظَّـٰلِمُونَمَوْقُوفُونَعِندَرَبِّهِمْيَرْجِعُبَعْضُهُمْإِلَىٰبَعْضٍٱلْقَوْلَيَقُولُٱلَّذِينَٱسْتُضْعِفُوا۟لِلَّذِينَٱسْتَكْبَرُوا۟لَوْلَآأَنتُمْلَكُنَّامُؤْمِنِينَ
mu'minīnalakunnāantumlawlāis'takbarūlilladhīnaus'tuḍ'ʿifūalladhīnayaqūlul-qawlabaʿḍinilābaʿḍuhumyarjiʿurabbihimʿindamawqūfūnal-ẓālimūnaidhitarāwalawyadayhibaynabi-alladhīwalāl-qur'ānibihādhānu'minalankafarūalladhīnawaqāla
And saythose whodisbelieveNever willwe believein thisQuranand notin (that) which(was) before it(was) before itBut ifyou (could) seewhenthe wrongdoerswill be made to standbeforetheir Lordwill throw backsome of themtoothersthe wordWill saythose whowere oppressedto those whowere arrogantIf not(for) youcertainly we (would) have beenbelievers
34:31
قَالَٱلَّذِينَٱسْتَكْبَرُوا۟لِلَّذِينَٱسْتُضْعِفُوٓا۟أَنَحْنُصَدَدْنَـٰكُمْعَنِٱلْهُدَىٰبَعْدَإِذْجَآءَكُم ۖبَلْكُنتُممُّجْرِمِينَ
muj'rimīnakuntumbaljāakumidhbaʿdal-hudāʿaniṣadadnākumanaḥnuus'tuḍ'ʿifūlilladhīnais'takbarūalladhīnaqāla
Will saythose whowere arrogantto thosewho were oppressedDid weavert youfromthe guidanceafterwhenit had come to youNayyou werecriminals
34:32
وَقَالَٱلَّذِينَٱسْتُضْعِفُوا۟لِلَّذِينَٱسْتَكْبَرُوا۟بَلْمَكْرُٱلَّيْلِوَٱلنَّهَارِإِذْتَأْمُرُونَنَآأَننَّكْفُرَبِٱللَّهِوَنَجْعَلَلَهُۥٓأَندَادًۭا ۚوَأَسَرُّوا۟ٱلنَّدَامَةَلَمَّارَأَوُا۟ٱلْعَذَابَوَجَعَلْنَاٱلْأَغْلَـٰلَفِىٓأَعْنَاقِٱلَّذِينَكَفَرُوا۟ ۚهَلْيُجْزَوْنَإِلَّامَاكَانُوا۟يَعْمَلُونَ
yaʿmalūnakānūmāillāyuj'zawnahalkafarūalladhīnaaʿnāqifīl-aghlālawajaʿalnāl-ʿadhābara-awūlammāl-nadāmatawa-asarrūandādanlahuwanajʿalabil-lahinakfuraantamurūnanāidhwal-nahārial-laylimakrubalis'takbarūlilladhīnaus'tuḍ'ʿifūalladhīnawaqāla
And will saythose whowere oppressedto those whowere arrogantNay(it was) a plot(by) nightand (by) daywhenyou were ordering usthatwe disbelievein Allahand we set upfor HimequalsBut they will concealthe regretwhenthey seethe punishmentAnd We will putshackleson(the) necks(of) those whodisbelievedWillthey be recompensedexcept(for) whatthey used todo
34:33
وَمَآأَرْسَلْنَافِىقَرْيَةٍۢمِّننَّذِيرٍإِلَّاقَالَمُتْرَفُوهَآإِنَّابِمَآأُرْسِلْتُمبِهِۦكَـٰفِرُونَ
kāfirūnabihiur'sil'tumbimāinnāmut'rafūhāqālaillānadhīrinminqaryatinfīarsalnāwamā
And notWe senttoa townanywarnerbutsaidits wealthy onesIndeed wein whatyou have been sentwith(are) disbelievers
34:34
وَقَالُوا۟نَحْنُأَكْثَرُأَمْوَٰلًۭاوَأَوْلَـٰدًۭاوَمَانَحْنُبِمُعَذَّبِينَ
bimuʿadhabīnanaḥnuwamāwa-awlādanamwālanaktharunaḥnuwaqālū
And they sayWe(have) morewealthand childrenand notwewill be punished
34:35
قُلْإِنَّرَبِّىيَبْسُطُٱلرِّزْقَلِمَنيَشَآءُوَيَقْدِرُوَلَـٰكِنَّأَكْثَرَٱلنَّاسِلَايَعْلَمُونَ
yaʿlamūnalāl-nāsiaktharawalākinnawayaqdiruyashāulimanl-riz'qayabsuṭurabbīinnaqul
SayIndeedmy Lordextendsthe provisionfor whomHe willsand restrictsbutmost[the] people(do) notknow
34:36
وَمَآأَمْوَٰلُكُمْوَلَآأَوْلَـٰدُكُمبِٱلَّتِىتُقَرِّبُكُمْعِندَنَازُلْفَىٰٓإِلَّامَنْءَامَنَوَعَمِلَصَـٰلِحًۭافَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَلَهُمْجَزَآءُٱلضِّعْفِبِمَاعَمِلُوا۟وَهُمْفِىٱلْغُرُفَـٰتِءَامِنُونَ
āminūnal-ghurufātifīwahumʿamilūbimāl-ḍiʿ'fijazāulahumfa-ulāikaṣāliḥanwaʿamilaāmanamanillāzul'fāʿindanātuqarribukumbi-allatīawlādukumwalāamwālukumwamā
And notyour wealthand notyour children[that]will bring you closeto Us(in) positionbutwhoeverbelievesand doesrighteousnessthen thosefor them(will be) rewardtwo-foldfor whatthey didand they(will be) inthe high dwellingssecure
34:37
وَٱلَّذِينَيَسْعَوْنَفِىٓءَايَـٰتِنَامُعَـٰجِزِينَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَفِىٱلْعَذَابِمُحْضَرُونَ
muḥ'ḍarūnal-ʿadhābifīulāikamuʿājizīnaāyātināfīyasʿawnawa-alladhīna
And those whostriveagainstOur Verses(to) cause failurethoseintothe punishment(will be) brought
34:38
قُلْإِنَّرَبِّىيَبْسُطُٱلرِّزْقَلِمَنيَشَآءُمِنْعِبَادِهِۦوَيَقْدِرُلَهُۥ ۚوَمَآأَنفَقْتُممِّنشَىْءٍۢفَهُوَيُخْلِفُهُۥ ۖوَهُوَخَيْرُٱلرَّٰزِقِينَ
l-rāziqīnakhayruwahuwayukh'lifuhufahuwashayinminanfaqtumwamālahuwayaqdiruʿibādihiminyashāulimanl-riz'qayabsuṭurabbīinnaqul
SayIndeedmy Lordextendsthe provisionfor whomHe willsofHis slavesand restrictsfor himBut whatyou spendofanythingthen Hewill compensate itand He(is the) Best(of) the Providers
34:39
وَيَوْمَيَحْشُرُهُمْجَمِيعًۭاثُمَّيَقُولُلِلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةِأَهَـٰٓؤُلَآءِإِيَّاكُمْكَانُوا۟يَعْبُدُونَ
yaʿbudūnakānūiyyākumahāulāilil'malāikatiyaqūluthummajamīʿanyaḥshuruhumwayawma
And (the) DayHe will gather themallthenHe will sayto the AngelsWere these youWere these youthey wereworshipping
34:40
قَالُوا۟سُبْحَـٰنَكَأَنتَوَلِيُّنَامِندُونِهِم ۖبَلْكَانُوا۟يَعْبُدُونَٱلْجِنَّ ۖأَكْثَرُهُمبِهِممُّؤْمِنُونَ
mu'minūnabihimaktharuhuml-jinayaʿbudūnakānūbaldūnihimminwaliyyunāantasub'ḥānakaqālū
They will sayGlory be to YouYou(are) our Protectornot themnot themNaythey used(to) worshipthe jinnmost of themin them(were) believers
34:41
فَٱلْيَوْمَلَايَمْلِكُبَعْضُكُمْلِبَعْضٍۢنَّفْعًۭاوَلَاضَرًّۭاوَنَقُولُلِلَّذِينَظَلَمُوا۟ذُوقُوا۟عَذَابَٱلنَّارِٱلَّتِىكُنتُمبِهَاتُكَذِّبُونَ
tukadhibūnabihākuntumallatīl-nāriʿadhābadhūqūẓalamūlilladhīnawanaqūluḍarranwalānafʿanlibaʿḍinbaʿḍukumyamlikulāfal-yawma
But todaynotpossess powersome of youon othersto benefitand notto harmand We will sayto thosewho wrongedTaste(the) punishment(of) the Firewhichyou usedto [it]deny
34:42
وَإِذَاتُتْلَىٰعَلَيْهِمْءَايَـٰتُنَابَيِّنَـٰتٍۢقَالُوا۟مَاهَـٰذَآإِلَّارَجُلٌۭيُرِيدُأَنيَصُدَّكُمْعَمَّاكَانَيَعْبُدُءَابَآؤُكُمْوَقَالُوا۟مَاهَـٰذَآإِلَّآإِفْكٌۭمُّفْتَرًۭى ۚوَقَالَٱلَّذِينَكَفَرُوا۟لِلْحَقِّلَمَّاجَآءَهُمْإِنْهَـٰذَآإِلَّاسِحْرٌۭمُّبِينٌۭ
mubīnunsiḥ'runillāhādhāinjāahumlammālil'ḥaqqikafarūalladhīnawaqālamuf'taranif'kunillāhādhāmāwaqālūābāukumyaʿbudukānaʿammāyaṣuddakumanyurīdurajulunillāhādhāmāqālūbayyinātināyātunāʿalayhimtut'lāwa-idhā
And whenare recitedto themOur Versesclearthey sayNot(is) thisbuta manwho wishestohinder youfrom whatused(to) worshipyour forefathersAnd they sayNot(is) thisexcepta lieinventedAnd saidthose whodisbelievedabout the truthwhenit came to themNot(is) thisexcepta magicobvious
34:43
وَمَآءَاتَيْنَـٰهُممِّنكُتُبٍۢيَدْرُسُونَهَا ۖوَمَآأَرْسَلْنَآإِلَيْهِمْقَبْلَكَمِننَّذِيرٍۢ
nadhīrinminqablakailayhimarsalnāwamāyadrusūnahākutubinminātaynāhumwamā
And notWe (had) given themanyScriptureswhich they could studyand notWe sentto thembefore youanywarner
34:44
وَكَذَّبَٱلَّذِينَمِنقَبْلِهِمْوَمَابَلَغُوا۟مِعْشَارَمَآءَاتَيْنَـٰهُمْفَكَذَّبُوا۟رُسُلِى ۖفَكَيْفَكَانَنَكِيرِ
nakīrikānafakayfarusulīfakadhabūātaynāhummāmiʿ'shārabalaghūwamāqablihimminalladhīnawakadhaba
And deniedthose who(were) before them(were) before themand notthey have attaineda tenth(of) whatWe (had) given themBut they deniedMy Messengersso howwasMy rejection
34:45
۞ قُلْإِنَّمَآأَعِظُكُمبِوَٰحِدَةٍ ۖأَنتَقُومُوا۟لِلَّهِمَثْنَىٰوَفُرَٰدَىٰثُمَّتَتَفَكَّرُوا۟ ۚمَابِصَاحِبِكُممِّنجِنَّةٍ ۚإِنْهُوَإِلَّانَذِيرٌۭلَّكُمبَيْنَيَدَىْعَذَابٍۢشَدِيدٍۢ
shadīdinʿadhābinyadaybaynalakumnadhīrunillāhuwainjinnatinminbiṣāḥibikummātatafakkarūthummawafurādāmathnālillahitaqūmūanbiwāḥidatinaʿiẓukuminnamāqul
SayOnlyI advise youfor one (thing)thatyou standfor Allah(in) pairsand (as) individualsthenreflectNot(is in) your companionanymadnessNothe(is) excepta warnerfor youbeforebeforea punishmentsevere
34:46
قُلْمَاسَأَلْتُكُممِّنْأَجْرٍۢفَهُوَلَكُمْ ۖإِنْأَجْرِىَإِلَّاعَلَىٱللَّهِ ۖوَهُوَعَلَىٰكُلِّشَىْءٍۢشَهِيدٌۭ
shahīdunshayinkulliʿalāwahuwal-lahiʿalāillāajriyainlakumfahuwaajrinminsa-altukummāqul
SayNotI ask youforany paymentbut it (is)for youNot(is) my paymentbutfromAllahAnd He(is) overallthingsa Witness
34:47
قُلْإِنَّرَبِّىيَقْذِفُبِٱلْحَقِّعَلَّـٰمُٱلْغُيُوبِ
l-ghuyūbiʿallāmubil-ḥaqiyaqdhifurabbīinnaqul
SayIndeedmy Lordprojectsthe truth(the) All-Knower(of) the unseen
34:48
قُلْجَآءَٱلْحَقُّوَمَايُبْدِئُٱلْبَـٰطِلُوَمَايُعِيدُ
yuʿīduwamāl-bāṭiluyub'di-uwamāl-ḥaqujāaqul
SayHas comethe truthand not(can) originatethe falsehoodand notrepeat
34:49
قُلْإِنضَلَلْتُفَإِنَّمَآأَضِلُّعَلَىٰنَفْسِى ۖوَإِنِٱهْتَدَيْتُفَبِمَايُوحِىٓإِلَىَّرَبِّىٓ ۚإِنَّهُۥسَمِيعٌۭقَرِيبٌۭ
qarībunsamīʿuninnahurabbīilayyayūḥīfabimāih'tadaytuwa-ininafsīʿalāaḍillufa-innamāḍalaltuinqul
SayIfI errthen onlyI will erragainstmyselfBut ifI am guidedthen it is by whatrevealsto memy LordIndeed, He(is) All-HearerEver-Near
34:50
وَلَوْتَرَىٰٓإِذْفَزِعُوا۟فَلَافَوْتَوَأُخِذُوا۟مِنمَّكَانٍۢقَرِيبٍۢ
qarībinmakāninminwa-ukhidhūfawtafalāfaziʿūidhtarāwalaw
And ifyou (could) seewhenthey will be terrifiedbut (there will be) noescapeand they will be seizedfroma placenear
34:51
وَقَالُوٓا۟ءَامَنَّابِهِۦوَأَنَّىٰلَهُمُٱلتَّنَاوُشُمِنمَّكَانٍۭبَعِيدٍۢ
baʿīdinmakāninminl-tanāwushulahumuwa-annābihiāmannāwaqālū
And they will sayWe believein itBut howfor them(will be) the receivingfroma placefar off
34:52
وَقَدْكَفَرُوا۟بِهِۦمِنقَبْلُ ۖوَيَقْذِفُونَبِٱلْغَيْبِمِنمَّكَانٍۭبَعِيدٍۢ
baʿīdinmakāninminbil-ghaybiwayaqdhifūnaqabluminbihikafarūwaqad
And certainlythey disbelievedin itbeforebeforeAnd they utter conjecturesabout the unseenfroma placefar off
34:53
وَحِيلَبَيْنَهُمْوَبَيْنَمَايَشْتَهُونَكَمَافُعِلَبِأَشْيَاعِهِممِّنقَبْلُ ۚإِنَّهُمْكَانُوا۟فِىشَكٍّۢمُّرِيبٍۭ
murībinshakkinfīkānūinnahumqabluminbi-ashyāʿihimfuʿilakamāyashtahūnamāwabaynabaynahumwaḥīla
And a barrier will be placedbetween themand betweenwhatthey desireaswas donewith their kindbeforebeforeIndeed, theywereindoubtdisquieting
34:54
Basmala
ٱلْحَمْدُلِلَّهِفَاطِرِٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِوَٱلْأَرْضِجَاعِلِٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةِرُسُلًاأُو۟لِىٓأَجْنِحَةٍۢمَّثْنَىٰوَثُلَـٰثَوَرُبَـٰعَ ۚيَزِيدُفِىٱلْخَلْقِمَايَشَآءُ ۚإِنَّٱللَّهَعَلَىٰكُلِّشَىْءٍۢقَدِيرٌۭ
qadīrunshayinkulliʿalāl-lahainnayashāumāl-khalqifīyazīduwarubāʿawathulāthamathnāajniḥatinulīrusulanl-malāikatijāʿiliwal-arḍil-samāwātifāṭirilillahial-ḥamdu
All praises(be) to AllahOriginator(of) the heavensand the earth(Who) makesthe Angelsmessengershaving wingshaving wingstwoor threeor fourHe increasesinthe creationwhatHe willsIndeedAllah(is) oneverythingAll-Powerful
35:1
مَّايَفْتَحِٱللَّهُلِلنَّاسِمِنرَّحْمَةٍۢفَلَامُمْسِكَلَهَا ۖوَمَايُمْسِكْفَلَامُرْسِلَلَهُۥمِنۢبَعْدِهِۦ ۚوَهُوَٱلْعَزِيزُٱلْحَكِيمُ
l-ḥakīmul-ʿazīzuwahuwabaʿdihiminlahumur'silafalāyum'sikwamālahāmum'sikafalāraḥmatinminlilnnāsil-lahuyaftaḥimā
WhatAllah grantsAllah grantsto mankindofMercythen none(can) withholditAnd whatHe withholdsthen none(can) releaseitthereafterthereafterAnd He(is) the All-Mightythe All-Wise
35:2
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَاٱلنَّاسُٱذْكُرُوا۟نِعْمَتَٱللَّهِعَلَيْكُمْ ۚهَلْمِنْخَـٰلِقٍغَيْرُٱللَّهِيَرْزُقُكُممِّنَٱلسَّمَآءِوَٱلْأَرْضِ ۚلَآإِلَـٰهَإِلَّاهُوَ ۖفَأَنَّىٰتُؤْفَكُونَ
tu'fakūnafa-annāhuwaillāilāhalāwal-arḍil-samāiminayarzuqukuml-lahighayrukhāliqinminhalʿalaykuml-lahiniʿ'mataudh'kurūl-nāsuyāayyuhā
OmankindRemember(the) Favor(of) Allahupon youIs(there) anycreatorother (than) Allahother (than) Allahwho provides for youfromthe skyand the earth(There is) nogodbutHeThen, how(are) you deluded
35:3
وَإِنيُكَذِّبُوكَفَقَدْكُذِّبَتْرُسُلٌۭمِّنقَبْلِكَ ۚوَإِلَىٱللَّهِتُرْجَعُٱلْأُمُورُ
l-umūrutur'jaʿul-lahiwa-ilāqablikaminrusulunkudhibatfaqadyukadhibūkawa-in
And ifthey deny youthen certainlywere deniedMessengersbefore youbefore youAnd toAllahreturnthe matters
35:4
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَاٱلنَّاسُإِنَّوَعْدَٱللَّهِحَقٌّۭ ۖفَلَاتَغُرَّنَّكُمُٱلْحَيَوٰةُٱلدُّنْيَا ۖوَلَايَغُرَّنَّكُمبِٱللَّهِٱلْغَرُورُ
l-gharūrubil-lahiyaghurrannakumwalāl-dun'yāl-ḥayatutaghurrannakumufalāḥaqqunl-lahiwaʿdainnal-nāsuyāayyuhā
OmankindIndeed(the) promise(of) Allah(is) trueSo (let) notdeceive youthe life(of) the worldand (let) notdeceive youabout Allahthe Deceiver
35:5
إِنَّٱلشَّيْطَـٰنَلَكُمْعَدُوٌّۭفَٱتَّخِذُوهُعَدُوًّا ۚإِنَّمَايَدْعُوا۟حِزْبَهُۥلِيَكُونُوا۟مِنْأَصْحَـٰبِٱلسَّعِيرِ
l-saʿīriaṣḥābiminliyakūnūḥiz'bahuyadʿūinnamāʿaduwwanfa-ittakhidhūhuʿaduwwunlakuml-shayṭānainna
Indeedthe Shaitaan(is) to youan enemyso take him(as) an enemyOnlyhe inviteshis partythat they may beamong(the) companions(of) the Blaze
35:6
ٱلَّذِينَكَفَرُوا۟لَهُمْعَذَابٌۭشَدِيدٌۭ ۖوَٱلَّذِينَءَامَنُوا۟وَعَمِلُوا۟ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِلَهُممَّغْفِرَةٌۭوَأَجْرٌۭكَبِيرٌ
kabīrunwa-ajrunmaghfiratunlahuml-ṣāliḥātiwaʿamilūāmanūwa-alladhīnashadīdunʿadhābunlahumkafarūalladhīna
Those whodisbelievefor them(will be) a punishmentsevereand thosewho believeand dorighteous deedsfor them(will be) forgivenessand a rewardgreat
35:7
أَفَمَنزُيِّنَلَهُۥسُوٓءُعَمَلِهِۦفَرَءَاهُحَسَنًۭا ۖفَإِنَّٱللَّهَيُضِلُّمَنيَشَآءُوَيَهْدِىمَنيَشَآءُ ۖفَلَاتَذْهَبْنَفْسُكَعَلَيْهِمْحَسَرَٰتٍ ۚإِنَّٱللَّهَعَلِيمٌۢبِمَايَصْنَعُونَ
yaṣnaʿūnabimāʿalīmunl-lahainnaḥasarātinʿalayhimnafsukatadhhabfalāyashāumanwayahdīyashāumanyuḍillul-lahafa-innaḥasananfaraāhuʿamalihisūulahuzuyyinaafaman
Then is (he) who is made fair-seemingto him(the) evil(of) his deed so that he sees it(as) goodFor indeedAllahlets go astraywhomHe willsand guideswhomHe willsSo (let) notgo outyour soulfor them(in) regretsIndeedAllah(is) All-Knowerof whatthey do
35:8
وَٱللَّهُٱلَّذِىٓأَرْسَلَٱلرِّيَـٰحَفَتُثِيرُسَحَابًۭافَسُقْنَـٰهُإِلَىٰبَلَدٍۢمَّيِّتٍۢفَأَحْيَيْنَابِهِٱلْأَرْضَبَعْدَمَوْتِهَا ۚكَذَٰلِكَٱلنُّشُورُ
l-nushūrukadhālikamawtihābaʿdal-arḍabihifa-aḥyaynāmayyitinbaladinilāfasuq'nāhusaḥābanfatuthīrul-riyāḥaarsalaalladhīwal-lahu
And Allah(is) the One Whosendsthe windsso that they raise(the) cloudsand We drive themtoa landdeadand We revivetherewiththe earthafterits deathThus(will be) the Resurrection
35:9
مَنكَانَيُرِيدُٱلْعِزَّةَفَلِلَّهِٱلْعِزَّةُجَمِيعًا ۚإِلَيْهِيَصْعَدُٱلْكَلِمُٱلطَّيِّبُوَٱلْعَمَلُٱلصَّـٰلِحُيَرْفَعُهُۥ ۚوَٱلَّذِينَيَمْكُرُونَٱلسَّيِّـَٔاتِلَهُمْعَذَابٌۭشَدِيدٌۭ ۖوَمَكْرُأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَهُوَيَبُورُ
yabūruhuwaulāikawamakrushadīdunʿadhābunlahuml-sayiātiyamkurūnawa-alladhīnayarfaʿuhul-ṣāliḥuwal-ʿamalul-ṭayibul-kalimuyaṣʿaduilayhijamīʿanl-ʿizatufalillahil-ʿizatayurīdukānaman
Whoever[is] desires[is] desiresthe honorthen for Allah(is) the HonorallTo Himascendsthe wordsgoodand the deedrighteousraises itBut those whoplotthe evilfor them(is) a punishmentsevereand (the) plotting(of) those it(will) perish
35:10
وَٱللَّهُخَلَقَكُممِّنتُرَابٍۢثُمَّمِننُّطْفَةٍۢثُمَّجَعَلَكُمْأَزْوَٰجًۭا ۚوَمَاتَحْمِلُمِنْأُنثَىٰوَلَاتَضَعُإِلَّابِعِلْمِهِۦ ۚوَمَايُعَمَّرُمِنمُّعَمَّرٍۢوَلَايُنقَصُمِنْعُمُرِهِۦٓإِلَّافِىكِتَـٰبٍ ۚإِنَّذَٰلِكَعَلَىٱللَّهِيَسِيرٌۭ
yasīrunl-lahiʿalādhālikainnakitābinfīillāʿumurihiminyunqaṣuwalāmuʿammarinminyuʿammaruwamābiʿil'mihiillātaḍaʿuwalāunthāmintaḥmiluwamāazwājanjaʿalakumthummanuṭ'fatinminthummaturābinminkhalaqakumwal-lahu
And Allahcreated youfromdustthenfroma semen-dropthenHe made youpairsAnd notconceivesanyfemaleand notgives birthexceptwith His knowledgeAnd notis granted lifeanyaged personand notis lessenedfromhis lifebut(is) ina RegisterIndeedthatforAllah(is) easy
35:11
وَمَايَسْتَوِىٱلْبَحْرَانِهَـٰذَاعَذْبٌۭفُرَاتٌۭسَآئِغٌۭشَرَابُهُۥوَهَـٰذَامِلْحٌأُجَاجٌۭ ۖوَمِنكُلٍّۢتَأْكُلُونَلَحْمًۭاطَرِيًّۭاوَتَسْتَخْرِجُونَحِلْيَةًۭتَلْبَسُونَهَا ۖوَتَرَىٱلْفُلْكَفِيهِمَوَاخِرَلِتَبْتَغُوا۟مِنفَضْلِهِۦوَلَعَلَّكُمْتَشْكُرُونَ
tashkurūnawalaʿallakumfaḍlihiminlitabtaghūmawākhirafīhil-ful'kawatarātalbasūnahāḥil'yatanwatastakhrijūnaṭariyyanlaḥmantakulūnakullinwaminujājunmil'ḥunwahādhāsharābuhusāighunfurātunʿadhbunhādhāl-baḥrāniyastawīwamā
And notare alikethe two seasThis(is) freshsweetpleasantits drinkand thissalty(and) bitterAnd fromeachyou eatmeatfreshand you extractornamentsyou wear themand you seethe shipsin itcleavingso that you may seekofHis Bountyand that you maybe grateful
35:12
يُولِجُٱلَّيْلَفِىٱلنَّهَارِوَيُولِجُٱلنَّهَارَفِىٱلَّيْلِوَسَخَّرَٱلشَّمْسَوَٱلْقَمَرَكُلٌّۭيَجْرِىلِأَجَلٍۢمُّسَمًّۭى ۚذَٰلِكُمُٱللَّهُرَبُّكُمْلَهُٱلْمُلْكُ ۚوَٱلَّذِينَتَدْعُونَمِندُونِهِۦمَايَمْلِكُونَمِنقِطْمِيرٍ
qiṭ'mīrinminyamlikūnamādūnihimintadʿūnawa-alladhīnal-mul'kulahurabbukuml-lahudhālikumumusammanli-ajalinyajrīkullunwal-qamaral-shamsawasakharaal-laylifīl-nahārawayūlijul-nahārifīal-laylayūliju
He causes to enterthe nightin (to)the dayand He causes to enterthe dayin (to)the nightand He has subjectedthe sunand the mooneachrunningfor a termappointedThat (is)Allahyour Lordfor Him(is) the DominionAnd those whomyou invokebesides Himbesides Himnotthey possesseven(as much as) the membrane of a date-seed
35:13
إِنتَدْعُوهُمْلَايَسْمَعُوا۟دُعَآءَكُمْوَلَوْسَمِعُوا۟مَاٱسْتَجَابُوا۟لَكُمْ ۖوَيَوْمَٱلْقِيَـٰمَةِيَكْفُرُونَبِشِرْكِكُمْ ۚوَلَايُنَبِّئُكَمِثْلُخَبِيرٍۢ
khabīrinmith'luyunabbi-ukawalābishir'kikumyakfurūnal-qiyāmatiwayawmalakumis'tajābūmāsamiʿūwalawduʿāakumyasmaʿūlātadʿūhumin
Ifyou invoke themnotthey hearyour calland ifthey heardnotthey (would) respondto youAnd (on the) Day(of) the Resurrectionthey will denyyour associationAnd nonecan inform youlike(the) All-Aware
35:14
۞ يَـٰٓأَيُّهَاٱلنَّاسُأَنتُمُٱلْفُقَرَآءُإِلَىٱللَّهِ ۖوَٱللَّهُهُوَٱلْغَنِىُّٱلْحَمِيدُ
l-ḥamīdul-ghaniyuhuwawal-lahul-lahiilāl-fuqarāuantumul-nāsuyāayyuhā
OmankindYou(are) those in needofAllahwhile AllahHe(is) Free of needthe Praiseworthy
35:15
إِنيَشَأْيُذْهِبْكُمْوَيَأْتِبِخَلْقٍۢجَدِيدٍۢ
jadīdinbikhalqinwayatiyudh'hib'kumyashain
IfHe willsHe (can) do away with youand bringin a creationnew
35:16
وَمَاذَٰلِكَعَلَىٱللَّهِبِعَزِيزٍۢ
biʿazīzinl-lahiʿalādhālikawamā
And notthat(is) onAllahdifficult
35:17
وَلَاتَزِرُوَازِرَةٌۭوِزْرَأُخْرَىٰ ۚوَإِنتَدْعُمُثْقَلَةٌإِلَىٰحِمْلِهَالَايُحْمَلْمِنْهُشَىْءٌۭوَلَوْكَانَذَاقُرْبَىٰٓ ۗإِنَّمَاتُنذِرُٱلَّذِينَيَخْشَوْنَرَبَّهُمبِٱلْغَيْبِوَأَقَامُوا۟ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ ۚوَمَنتَزَكَّىٰفَإِنَّمَايَتَزَكَّىٰلِنَفْسِهِۦ ۚوَإِلَىٱللَّهِٱلْمَصِيرُ
l-maṣīrul-lahiwa-ilālinafsihiyatazakkāfa-innamātazakkāwamanl-ṣalatawa-aqāmūbil-ghaybirabbahumyakhshawnaalladhīnatundhiruinnamāqur'bādhākānawalawshayonmin'huyuḥ'mallāḥim'lihāilāmuth'qalatuntadʿuwa-inukh'rāwiz'rawāziratuntaziruwalā
And notwill bearbearer of burdensburden(of) anotherAnd ifcallsa heavily ladento(carry) its loadnotwill be carriedof itanythingeven ifhe benear of kinnear of kinOnlyyou can warnthose whofeartheir Lord unseenand establishthe prayerAnd whoeverpurifies himselfthen onlyhe purifiesfor his own selfAnd toAllah(is) the destination
35:18
وَمَايَسْتَوِىٱلْأَعْمَىٰوَٱلْبَصِيرُ
wal-baṣīrul-aʿmāyastawīwamā
And notequal(are) the blindand the seeing
35:19
وَلَاٱلظُّلُمَـٰتُوَلَاٱلنُّورُ
l-nūruwalāl-ẓulumātuwalā
And notthe darkness[es]and not[the] light
35:20
وَلَاٱلظِّلُّوَلَاٱلْحَرُورُ
l-ḥarūruwalāl-ẓiluwalā
And notthe shadeand notthe heat
35:21
وَمَايَسْتَوِىٱلْأَحْيَآءُوَلَاٱلْأَمْوَٰتُ ۚإِنَّٱللَّهَيُسْمِعُمَنيَشَآءُ ۖوَمَآأَنتَبِمُسْمِعٍۢمَّنفِىٱلْقُبُورِ
l-qubūrifīmanbimus'miʿinantawamāyashāumanyus'miʿul-lahainnal-amwātuwalāl-aḥyāuyastawīwamā
And notequal(are) the livingand notthe deadIndeedAllahcauses to hearwhomHe willsand notyoucan make hear(those) who(are) inthe graves
35:22
إِنْأَنتَإِلَّانَذِيرٌ
nadhīrunillāantain
Notyou (are)buta warner
35:23
إِنَّآأَرْسَلْنَـٰكَبِٱلْحَقِّبَشِيرًۭاوَنَذِيرًۭا ۚوَإِنمِّنْأُمَّةٍإِلَّاخَلَافِيهَانَذِيرٌۭ
nadhīrunfīhākhalāillāummatinminwa-inwanadhīranbashīranbil-ḥaqiarsalnākainnā
Indeed, We[We] have sent youwith the truth(as) a bearer of glad tidingsand (as) a warnerAnd not(was) anynationbuthad passedwithin ita warner
35:24
وَإِنيُكَذِّبُوكَفَقَدْكَذَّبَٱلَّذِينَمِنقَبْلِهِمْجَآءَتْهُمْرُسُلُهُمبِٱلْبَيِّنَـٰتِوَبِٱلزُّبُرِوَبِٱلْكِتَـٰبِٱلْمُنِيرِ
l-munīriwabil-kitābiwabil-zuburibil-bayinātirusuluhumjāathumqablihimminalladhīnakadhabafaqadyukadhibūkawa-in
And ifthey deny youthen certainlydeniedthose who(were) before them(were) before themCame to themtheir Messengerswith clear signsand with Scripturesand with the Book[the] enlightening
35:25
ثُمَّأَخَذْتُٱلَّذِينَكَفَرُوا۟ ۖفَكَيْفَكَانَنَكِيرِ
nakīrikānafakayfakafarūalladhīnaakhadhtuthumma
ThenI seizedthose whodisbelievedand howwasMy rejection
35:26
أَلَمْتَرَأَنَّٱللَّهَأَنزَلَمِنَٱلسَّمَآءِمَآءًۭفَأَخْرَجْنَابِهِۦثَمَرَٰتٍۢمُّخْتَلِفًاأَلْوَٰنُهَا ۚوَمِنَٱلْجِبَالِجُدَدٌۢبِيضٌۭوَحُمْرٌۭمُّخْتَلِفٌأَلْوَٰنُهَاوَغَرَابِيبُسُودٌۭ
sūdunwagharābībualwānuhāmukh'talifunwaḥum'runbīḍunjudadunl-jibāliwaminaalwānuhāmukh'talifanthamarātinbihifa-akhrajnāmāanl-samāiminaanzalal-lahaannataraalam
Do notyou seethatAllahsends downfromthe skywaterthen We bring forththerewithfruits(of) various[their] colorsAnd inthe mountains(are) tractswhiteand red(of) various[their] colorsand intensely blackand intensely black
35:27
وَمِنَٱلنَّاسِوَٱلدَّوَآبِّوَٱلْأَنْعَـٰمِمُخْتَلِفٌأَلْوَٰنُهُۥكَذَٰلِكَ ۗإِنَّمَايَخْشَىٱللَّهَمِنْعِبَادِهِٱلْعُلَمَـٰٓؤُا۟ ۗإِنَّٱللَّهَعَزِيزٌغَفُورٌ
ghafūrunʿazīzunl-lahainnal-ʿulamāuʿibādihiminl-lahayakhshāinnamākadhālikaalwānuhumukh'talifunwal-anʿāmiwal-dawābil-nāsiwamina
And amongmenand moving creaturesand the cattle(are) various[their] colorslikewiseOnlyfearAllahamongHis slavesthose who have knowledgeIndeedAllah(is) All-MightyOft-Forgiving
35:28
إِنَّٱلَّذِينَيَتْلُونَكِتَـٰبَٱللَّهِوَأَقَامُوا۟ٱلصَّلَوٰةَوَأَنفَقُوا۟مِمَّارَزَقْنَـٰهُمْسِرًّۭاوَعَلَانِيَةًۭيَرْجُونَتِجَـٰرَةًۭلَّنتَبُورَ
tabūralantijāratanyarjūnawaʿalāniyatansirranrazaqnāhummimmāwa-anfaqūl-ṣalatawa-aqāmūl-lahikitābayatlūnaalladhīnainna
Indeedthose whorecite(the) Book(of) Allahand establishthe prayerand spendout of whatWe have provided themsecretlyand openlyhope(for) a commerce neverit will perish
35:29
لِيُوَفِّيَهُمْأُجُورَهُمْوَيَزِيدَهُممِّنفَضْلِهِۦٓ ۚإِنَّهُۥغَفُورٌۭشَكُورٌۭ
shakūrunghafūruninnahufaḍlihiminwayazīdahumujūrahumliyuwaffiyahum
That He may give them in fulltheir rewardsand increase for themofHis BountyIndeed, He(is) Oft-ForgivingMost Appreciative
35:30
وَٱلَّذِىٓأَوْحَيْنَآإِلَيْكَمِنَٱلْكِتَـٰبِهُوَٱلْحَقُّمُصَدِّقًۭالِّمَابَيْنَيَدَيْهِ ۗإِنَّٱللَّهَبِعِبَادِهِۦلَخَبِيرٌۢبَصِيرٌۭ
baṣīrunlakhabīrunbiʿibādihil-lahainnayadayhibaynalimāmuṣaddiqanl-ḥaquhuwal-kitābiminailaykaawḥaynāwa-alladhī
And (that) whichWe have revealedto youofthe Bookit(is) the truthconfirmingwhat (was)before itbefore itIndeedAllahof His slavessurely, (is) All-AwareAll-Seer
35:31
ثُمَّأَوْرَثْنَاٱلْكِتَـٰبَٱلَّذِينَٱصْطَفَيْنَامِنْعِبَادِنَا ۖفَمِنْهُمْظَالِمٌۭلِّنَفْسِهِۦوَمِنْهُممُّقْتَصِدٌۭوَمِنْهُمْسَابِقٌۢبِٱلْخَيْرَٰتِبِإِذْنِٱللَّهِ ۚذَٰلِكَهُوَٱلْفَضْلُٱلْكَبِيرُ
l-kabīrul-faḍluhuwadhālikal-lahibi-idh'nibil-khayrātisābiqunwamin'hummuq'taṣidunwamin'humlinafsihiẓālimunfamin'humʿibādināminiṣ'ṭafaynāalladhīnal-kitābaawrathnāthumma
ThenWe caused to inheritthe Bookthose whomWe have chosenofOur slavesand among them(is he) who wrongshimselfand among them(is he who is) moderateand among them(is he who is) foremostin good deedsby permission(of) AllahThatisthe Bountythe great
35:32
جَنَّـٰتُعَدْنٍۢيَدْخُلُونَهَايُحَلَّوْنَفِيهَامِنْأَسَاوِرَمِنذَهَبٍۢوَلُؤْلُؤًۭا ۖوَلِبَاسُهُمْفِيهَاحَرِيرٌۭ
ḥarīrunfīhāwalibāsuhumwalu'lu-andhahabinminasāwiraminfīhāyuḥallawnayadkhulūnahāʿadninjannātu
Gardens(of) Eternitythey will enter themThey will be adornedthereinwithbraceletsofgoldand pearlsand their garmentstherein(will be of) silk
35:33
وَقَالُوا۟ٱلْحَمْدُلِلَّهِٱلَّذِىٓأَذْهَبَعَنَّاٱلْحَزَنَ ۖإِنَّرَبَّنَالَغَفُورٌۭشَكُورٌ
shakūrunlaghafūrunrabbanāinnal-ḥazanaʿannāadhhabaalladhīlillahil-ḥamduwaqālū
And they (will) sayAll praises(be) to Allahthe One Who(has) removedfrom usthe sorrowIndeedour Lord(is) surely Oft-ForgivingMost Appreciative
35:34
ٱلَّذِىٓأَحَلَّنَادَارَٱلْمُقَامَةِمِنفَضْلِهِۦلَايَمَسُّنَافِيهَانَصَبٌۭوَلَايَمَسُّنَافِيهَالُغُوبٌۭ
lughūbunfīhāyamassunāwalānaṣabunfīhāyamassunālāfaḍlihiminl-muqāmatidāraaḥallanāalladhī
The One Whohas settled us(in) a Home(of) Eternity(out) ofHis BountyNottouches usthereinany fatigueand nottouchesthereinweariness
35:35
وَٱلَّذِينَكَفَرُوا۟لَهُمْنَارُجَهَنَّمَلَايُقْضَىٰعَلَيْهِمْفَيَمُوتُوا۟وَلَايُخَفَّفُعَنْهُممِّنْعَذَابِهَا ۚكَذَٰلِكَنَجْزِىكُلَّكَفُورٍۢ
kafūrinkullanajzīkadhālikaʿadhābihāminʿanhumyukhaffafuwalāfayamūtūʿalayhimyuq'ḍālājahannamanārulahumkafarūwa-alladhīna
And those whodisbelievefor them(will be the) Fire(of) HellNotis decreedfor themthat they dieand notwill be lightenedfor themofits tormentThusWe recompenseeveryungrateful one
35:36
وَهُمْيَصْطَرِخُونَفِيهَارَبَّنَآأَخْرِجْنَانَعْمَلْصَـٰلِحًاغَيْرَٱلَّذِىكُنَّانَعْمَلُ ۚأَوَلَمْنُعَمِّرْكُممَّايَتَذَكَّرُفِيهِمَنتَذَكَّرَوَجَآءَكُمُٱلنَّذِيرُ ۖفَذُوقُوا۟فَمَالِلظَّـٰلِمِينَمِننَّصِيرٍ
naṣīrinminlilẓẓālimīnafamāfadhūqūl-nadhīruwajāakumutadhakkaramanfīhiyatadhakkarumānuʿammir'kumawalamnaʿmalukunnāalladhīghayraṣāliḥannaʿmalakhrij'nārabbanāfīhāyaṣṭarikhūnawahum
And theywill crythereinOur LordBring us outwe will dorighteous (deeds)other than(that) whichwe used(to) doDid notWe give you life long enoughthat(would) receive admonitionthereinwhoeverreceives admonitionAnd came to youthe warnerSo tastethen not(is) for the wrongdoersanyhelper
35:37
إِنَّٱللَّهَعَـٰلِمُغَيْبِٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِوَٱلْأَرْضِ ۚإِنَّهُۥعَلِيمٌۢبِذَاتِٱلصُّدُورِ
l-ṣudūribidhātiʿalīmuninnahuwal-arḍil-samāwātighaybiʿālimul-lahainna
IndeedAllah(is the) Knower(of the) unseen(of) the heavensand the earthIndeed, He(is the) All-Knowerof what (is) in the breastsof what (is) in the breasts
35:38
هُوَٱلَّذِىجَعَلَكُمْخَلَـٰٓئِفَفِىٱلْأَرْضِ ۚفَمَنكَفَرَفَعَلَيْهِكُفْرُهُۥ ۖوَلَايَزِيدُٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَكُفْرُهُمْعِندَرَبِّهِمْإِلَّامَقْتًۭا ۖوَلَايَزِيدُٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَكُفْرُهُمْإِلَّاخَسَارًۭا
khasāranillākuf'ruhuml-kāfirīnayazīduwalāmaqtanillārabbihimʿindakuf'ruhuml-kāfirīnayazīduwalākuf'ruhufaʿalayhikafarafamanl-arḍifīkhalāifajaʿalakumalladhīhuwa
He(is) the One Whomade yousuccessorsinthe earthAnd whoeverdisbelievesthen upon him(is) his disbeliefAnd notincreasethe disbelieverstheir disbeliefneartheir Lordexcept(in) hatredand notincreasethe disbelieverstheir disbeliefexcept(in) loss
35:39
قُلْأَرَءَيْتُمْشُرَكَآءَكُمُٱلَّذِينَتَدْعُونَمِندُونِٱللَّهِأَرُونِىمَاذَاخَلَقُوا۟مِنَٱلْأَرْضِأَمْلَهُمْشِرْكٌۭفِىٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِأَمْءَاتَيْنَـٰهُمْكِتَـٰبًۭافَهُمْعَلَىٰبَيِّنَتٍۢمِّنْهُ ۚبَلْإِنيَعِدُٱلظَّـٰلِمُونَبَعْضُهُمبَعْضًاإِلَّاغُرُورًا
ghurūranillābaʿḍanbaʿḍuhuml-ẓālimūnayaʿiduinbalmin'hubayyinatinʿalāfahumkitābanātaynāhumaml-samāwātifīshir'kunlahumaml-arḍiminakhalaqūmādhāarūnīl-lahidūnimintadʿūnaalladhīnashurakāakumuara-aytumqul
SayHave you seenyour partnersthose whomyou callbesidesbesidesAllahShow Mewhatthey have createdfromthe earthorfor them(is) a shareinthe heavensOrhave We given thema Bookso they(are) ona clear prooftherefromNaynotpromisethe wrongdoerssome of them(to) othersexceptdelusion
35:40
۞ إِنَّٱللَّهَيُمْسِكُٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِوَٱلْأَرْضَأَنتَزُولَا ۚوَلَئِنزَالَتَآإِنْأَمْسَكَهُمَامِنْأَحَدٍۢمِّنۢبَعْدِهِۦٓ ۚإِنَّهُۥكَانَحَلِيمًاغَفُورًۭا
ghafūranḥalīmankānainnahubaʿdihiminaḥadinminamsakahumāinzālatāwala-intazūlāanwal-arḍal-samāwātiyum'sikul-lahainna
IndeedAllahupholdsthe heavensand the earthlestthey ceaseAnd ifthey should ceasenotcan uphold themanyoneafter Himafter HimIndeed, HeisMost ForbearingOft-Forgiving
35:41
وَأَقْسَمُوا۟بِٱللَّهِجَهْدَأَيْمَـٰنِهِمْلَئِنجَآءَهُمْنَذِيرٌۭلَّيَكُونُنَّأَهْدَىٰمِنْإِحْدَىٱلْأُمَمِ ۖفَلَمَّاجَآءَهُمْنَذِيرٌۭمَّازَادَهُمْإِلَّانُفُورًا
nufūranillāzādahummānadhīrunjāahumfalammāl-umamiiḥ'dāminahdālayakūnunnanadhīrunjāahumla-inaymānihimjahdabil-lahiwa-aqsamū
And they sworeby Allah(the) strongest(of) their oathsthat ifcame to thema warnersurely, they would bemore guidedthanany(of) the nationsBut whencame to thema warnernotit increased thembut(in) aversion
35:42
ٱسْتِكْبَارًۭافِىٱلْأَرْضِوَمَكْرَٱلسَّيِّئِ ۚوَلَايَحِيقُٱلْمَكْرُٱلسَّيِّئُإِلَّابِأَهْلِهِۦ ۚفَهَلْيَنظُرُونَإِلَّاسُنَّتَٱلْأَوَّلِينَ ۚفَلَنتَجِدَلِسُنَّتِٱللَّهِتَبْدِيلًۭا ۖوَلَنتَجِدَلِسُنَّتِٱللَّهِتَحْوِيلًا
taḥwīlanl-lahilisunnatitajidawalantabdīlanl-lahilisunnatitajidafalanl-awalīnasunnataillāyanẓurūnafahalbi-ahlihiillāl-sayi-ul-makruyaḥīquwalāl-sayi-iwamakral-arḍifīis'tik'bāran
(Due to) arroganceinthe landand plotting(of) the evilbut notencompassesthe plot(of) the evilexceptits own peopleThen dothey waitexcept(the) way(of) the former (people)But neveryou will findin (the) way(of) Allahany changeand neveryou will findin (the) way(of) Allahany alteration
35:43
أَوَلَمْيَسِيرُوا۟فِىٱلْأَرْضِفَيَنظُرُوا۟كَيْفَكَانَعَـٰقِبَةُٱلَّذِينَمِنقَبْلِهِمْوَكَانُوٓا۟أَشَدَّمِنْهُمْقُوَّةًۭ ۚوَمَاكَانَٱللَّهُلِيُعْجِزَهُۥمِنشَىْءٍۢفِىٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِوَلَافِىٱلْأَرْضِ ۚإِنَّهُۥكَانَعَلِيمًۭاقَدِيرًۭا
qadīranʿalīmankānainnahul-arḍifīwalāl-samāwātifīshayinminliyuʿ'jizahul-lahukānawamāquwwatanmin'humashaddawakānūqablihimminalladhīnaʿāqibatukānakayfafayanẓurūl-arḍifīyasīrūawalam
Have they nottraveledinthe landand seenhowwas(the) end(of) those who(were) before them(were) before themAnd they werestrongerthan them(in) powerBut notisAllahthat can escape (from) Himanythinginthe heavensand notinthe earthIndeed, HeisAll-KnowerAll-Powerful
35:44
وَلَوْيُؤَاخِذُٱللَّهُٱلنَّاسَبِمَاكَسَبُوا۟مَاتَرَكَعَلَىٰظَهْرِهَامِندَآبَّةٍۢوَلَـٰكِنيُؤَخِّرُهُمْإِلَىٰٓأَجَلٍۢمُّسَمًّۭى ۖفَإِذَاجَآءَأَجَلُهُمْفَإِنَّٱللَّهَكَانَبِعِبَادِهِۦبَصِيرًۢا
baṣīranbiʿibādihikānal-lahafa-innaajaluhumjāafa-idhāmusammanajalinilāyu-akhiruhumwalākindābbatinminẓahrihāʿalātarakamākasabūbimāl-nāsal-lahuyuākhidhuwalaw
And ifAllah (were to) punishAllah (were to) punishthe peoplefor whatthey have earnednotHe would leaveonits backanycreatureButHe gives them respitetilla termappointedAnd whencomestheir termthen indeedAllahisof His slavesAll-Seer
35:45

يسٓ
ya-seen
Ya Seen
36:1
وَٱلْقُرْءَانِٱلْحَكِيمِ
l-ḥakīmiwal-qur'āni
By the Quranthe Wise
36:2
إِنَّكَلَمِنَٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ
l-mur'salīnalaminainnaka
Indeed, you(are) amongthe Messengers
36:3
عَلَىٰصِرَٰطٍۢمُّسْتَقِيمٍۢ
mus'taqīminṣirāṭinʿalā
Ona PathStraight
36:4
تَنزِيلَٱلْعَزِيزِٱلرَّحِيمِ
l-raḥīmil-ʿazīzitanzīla
A revelation(of) the All-Mightythe Most Merciful
36:5
لِتُنذِرَقَوْمًۭامَّآأُنذِرَءَابَآؤُهُمْفَهُمْغَـٰفِلُونَ
ghāfilūnafahumābāuhumundhiramāqawmanlitundhira
That you may warna peoplenotwere warnedtheir forefathersso they(are) heedless
36:6
لَقَدْحَقَّٱلْقَوْلُعَلَىٰٓأَكْثَرِهِمْفَهُمْلَايُؤْمِنُونَ
yu'minūnalāfahumaktharihimʿalāl-qawluḥaqqalaqad
Certainly(has) proved truethe worduponmost of themso they(do) notbelieve
36:7
إِنَّاجَعَلْنَافِىٓأَعْنَـٰقِهِمْأَغْلَـٰلًۭافَهِىَإِلَىٱلْأَذْقَانِفَهُممُّقْمَحُونَ
muq'maḥūnafahuml-adhqāniilāfahiyaaghlālanaʿnāqihimfījaʿalnāinnā
Indeed, We[We] have placedontheir necksiron collarsand they(are up) tothe chinsso they(are with) heads raised up
36:8
وَجَعَلْنَامِنۢبَيْنِأَيْدِيهِمْسَدًّۭاوَمِنْخَلْفِهِمْسَدًّۭافَأَغْشَيْنَـٰهُمْفَهُمْلَايُبْصِرُونَ
yub'ṣirūnalāfahumfa-aghshaynāhumsaddankhalfihimwaminsaddanaydīhimbayniminwajaʿalnā
And We have madefrombefore/betweentheir hands/their fronta barrierand frombehind thema barrierand We covered themso they(do) notsee
36:9
وَسَوَآءٌعَلَيْهِمْءَأَنذَرْتَهُمْأَمْلَمْتُنذِرْهُمْلَايُؤْمِنُونَ
yu'minūnalātundhir'humlamama-andhartahumʿalayhimwasawāon
And it (is) sameto themwhether you warn themor(do) notwarn themnotthey will believe
36:10
إِنَّمَاتُنذِرُمَنِٱتَّبَعَٱلذِّكْرَوَخَشِىَٱلرَّحْمَـٰنَبِٱلْغَيْبِ ۖفَبَشِّرْهُبِمَغْفِرَةٍۢوَأَجْرٍۢكَرِيمٍ
karīminwa-ajrinbimaghfiratinfabashir'hubil-ghaybil-raḥmānawakhashiyal-dhik'raittabaʿamanitundhiruinnamā
Onlyyou (can) warn(him) whofollowsthe Reminderand fearsthe Most Graciousin the unseenSo give him glad tidingsof forgivenessand a rewardnoble
36:11
إِنَّانَحْنُنُحْىِٱلْمَوْتَىٰوَنَكْتُبُمَاقَدَّمُوا۟وَءَاثَـٰرَهُمْ ۚوَكُلَّشَىْءٍأَحْصَيْنَـٰهُفِىٓإِمَامٍۢمُّبِينٍۢ
mubīninimāminfīaḥṣaynāhushayinwakullawaāthārahumqaddamūmāwanaktubul-mawtānuḥ'yīnaḥnuinnā
Indeed, We[We][We] give life(to) the deadand We recordwhatthey have sent beforeand their footprintsand everythingWe have enumerated itina Registerclear
36:12
وَٱضْرِبْلَهُممَّثَلًاأَصْحَـٰبَٱلْقَرْيَةِإِذْجَآءَهَاٱلْمُرْسَلُونَ
l-mur'salūnajāahāidhl-qaryatiaṣḥābamathalanlahumwa-iḍ'rib
And set forthto theman example(of the) companions(of) the citywhencame to itthe Messengers
36:13
إِذْأَرْسَلْنَآإِلَيْهِمُٱثْنَيْنِفَكَذَّبُوهُمَافَعَزَّزْنَابِثَالِثٍۢفَقَالُوٓا۟إِنَّآإِلَيْكُممُّرْسَلُونَ
mur'salūnailaykuminnāfaqālūbithālithinfaʿazzaznāfakadhabūhumāith'nayniilayhimuarsalnāidh
WhenWe sentto themtwo (Messengers)but they denied both of themso We strengthened themwith a thirdand they saidIndeed, Weto you(are) Messengers
36:14
قَالُوا۟مَآأَنتُمْإِلَّابَشَرٌۭمِّثْلُنَاوَمَآأَنزَلَٱلرَّحْمَـٰنُمِنشَىْءٍإِنْأَنتُمْإِلَّاتَكْذِبُونَ
takdhibūnaillāantuminshayinminl-raḥmānuanzalawamāmith'lunābasharunillāantummāqālū
They saidNotyou(are) buthuman beingslike usand nothas revealedthe Most GraciousanythingNotyou(are) butlying
36:15
قَالُوا۟رَبُّنَايَعْلَمُإِنَّآإِلَيْكُمْلَمُرْسَلُونَ
lamur'salūnailaykuminnāyaʿlamurabbunāqālū
They saidOur Lordknowsthat weto you(are) surely Messengers
36:16
وَمَاعَلَيْنَآإِلَّاٱلْبَلَـٰغُٱلْمُبِينُ
l-mubīnul-balāghuillāʿalaynāwamā
And not(is) on usexceptthe conveyanceclear
36:17
قَالُوٓا۟إِنَّاتَطَيَّرْنَابِكُمْ ۖلَئِنلَّمْتَنتَهُوا۟لَنَرْجُمَنَّكُمْوَلَيَمَسَّنَّكُممِّنَّاعَذَابٌأَلِيمٌۭ
alīmunʿadhābunminnāwalayamassannakumlanarjumannakumtantahūlamla-inbikumtaṭayyarnāinnāqālū
They saidIndeed, we[we] see an evil omenfrom youIfnotyou desistsurely, we will stone youand surely will touch youfrom usa punishmentpainful
36:18
قَالُوا۟طَـٰٓئِرُكُممَّعَكُمْ ۚأَئِنذُكِّرْتُم ۚبَلْأَنتُمْقَوْمٌۭمُّسْرِفُونَ
mus'rifūnaqawmunantumbaldhukkir'tuma-inmaʿakumṭāirukumqālū
They saidYour evil omen(be) with youIs it becauseyou are admonishedNayyou(are) a peopletransgressing
36:19
وَجَآءَمِنْأَقْصَاٱلْمَدِينَةِرَجُلٌۭيَسْعَىٰقَالَيَـٰقَوْمِٱتَّبِعُوا۟ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ
l-mur'salīnaittabiʿūyāqawmiqālayasʿārajulunl-madīnatiaqṣāminwajāa
And camefrom(the) farthest end(of) the citya manrunningHe saidO my PeopleFollowthe Messengers
36:20
ٱتَّبِعُوا۟مَنلَّايَسْـَٔلُكُمْأَجْرًۭاوَهُممُّهْتَدُونَ
muh'tadūnawahumajranyasalukumlāmanittabiʿū
Follow(those) who(do) notask (of) youany paymentand they(are) rightly guided
36:21
وَمَالِىَلَآأَعْبُدُٱلَّذِىفَطَرَنِىوَإِلَيْهِتُرْجَعُونَ
tur'jaʿūnawa-ilayhifaṭaranīalladhīaʿbudulāliyawamā
And what(is) for me(that) notI worshipthe One Whocreated meand to Whomyou will be returned
36:22
ءَأَتَّخِذُمِندُونِهِۦٓءَالِهَةًإِنيُرِدْنِٱلرَّحْمَـٰنُبِضُرٍّۢلَّاتُغْنِعَنِّىشَفَـٰعَتُهُمْشَيْـًۭٔاوَلَايُنقِذُونِ
yunqidhūniwalāshayanshafāʿatuhumʿannītugh'nilābiḍurrinl-raḥmānuyurid'niinālihatandūnihimina-attakhidhu
Should I takebesides Himbesides HimgodsIfintends for methe Most Graciousany harmnotwill avail[from] metheir intercession(in) anythingand notthey (can) save me
36:23
إِنِّىٓإِذًۭالَّفِىضَلَـٰلٍۢمُّبِينٍ
mubīninḍalālinlafīidhaninnī
Indeed, Ithensurely would be inan errorclear
36:24
إِنِّىٓءَامَنتُبِرَبِّكُمْفَٱسْمَعُونِ
fa-is'maʿūnibirabbikumāmantuinnī
Indeed, I[I] have believedin your Lordso listen to me
36:25
قِيلَٱدْخُلِٱلْجَنَّةَ ۖقَالَيَـٰلَيْتَقَوْمِىيَعْلَمُونَ
yaʿlamūnaqawmīyālaytaqālal-janataud'khuliqīla
It was saidEnterParadiseHe saidI wishmy peopleknew
36:26
بِمَاغَفَرَلِىرَبِّىوَجَعَلَنِىمِنَٱلْمُكْرَمِينَ
l-muk'ramīnaminawajaʿalanīrabbīlīghafarabimā
Of howhas forgivenmemy Lordand placed meamongthe honored ones
36:27
